Brandon's has been taking care of me for many years. They are true professionals. Unlike Service Experts, which never sent the same technician twice, I have continuity with Nathan, who is courteous, efficient, and knows what he's doing. The office staff I deal with on the phone are all very friendly as well. I trust Brandon's.

My upstairs A/C unit went out recently. I contacted Brandon's for a quote. They were responsive, professional and quoted an installed price that was significantly less than the competition. They promptly scheduled the install, and arrived right at the agreed upon time. The technicians were courteous, professional and took time to explain the entire install process. They covered my flooring, and cleaned up after they left. I can't say enough good about this company, and they will be my go-to provider for residential HVAC service and repair!

Brandon's Comfort Specialists are very professional. We have used them for many years. They inform you of special promotions, do excellent work and leave your home in tip top shape , cleaning up after each project. Their Maintenance program is also a good way to keep your system maintained to be energy efficient. I highly recommend this company!

Downstairs AC stopped cooling overnight. I called Brandon’s in the morning and they had their technician NATHAN out within 90 min. He the diagnosed the problem quickly and explained everything clearly and gave us the options for a quick fix for now and what we should be ready to replace in the near future.

All their techs are great but Nathan’s demeanor and professionalism were above and beyond. Right off bat he made us feel like he was a knowledgeable friend that wanted to get our house comfortable again instead of someone who just wanted to hurry and get the job done and be on their way. We really appreciate it.

Brandon’s Comfort Specialist are always so pleasant to work with. Tech was prompt, knowledgeable, clean and discussed everything being done and reviewed results.

My experience with Brandon's AC was a very pleasant and easy experience. I found the staff pleasant and professional to work with. I was presented all of my options and was able to make the best choice for me and my family. My work was done in a very timely manner and everything was as agreed upon. I found their pricing to be competitive. I have since recommended Brandon's to several friends that have required similar service.

Another year and another round of service maintenance. Kudos to Brandon's for the excellent work and customer service they continue to provide. Teon, the technician performing the maintenance, showed up on time, was extremely polite saying "yes sir and no sir" which is a big deal in Texas. He also explained in detail what he would be doing as part of his maintenance. When done with his work, he put things back like he found them even if after I helped move them to begin with. He explained what he found when performing his maintenance instead of having me just sign the service ticket. I was so impressed with Teon, that I called in and Laura connected me with his supervisor Jason. I let Jason know that Teon was setting the bar for his technicians. Jason and other supervisors at Brandons, please continue to take care of your employees like Teon and reward them as deserved.

I have been a customer of Brandon’s for 10 years. They replaced the units in my home when the original units when out. They have always had exceptional service. I just had my fall service and one their techs, Nathan has set a new bar in customer service. He was very professional, extremely polite and thoroughly explained an issue that could have become a bigger problem. I also spoke to CL on the phone and he was very professional as well. Owners and managers at Brandon’s, please take care of your employees like Nathan and CL. They are setting the bar for customer service for your organization and they should be awarded accordingly.

Brandon’s was fantastic. The initial person on the phone was extremely nice and helpful. I made an appointment for 2-4pm that day. The gentleman showed up at 2pm and was gone by 3:45. He was thorough and informative throughout the entire process on a step by step basis. Upon learning my outdoor AC unit was broken, he let me know my options to fix the AC. He also advised me to know my 20yr old unit really needed to be replaced instead of repaired do to the fact that in 2020 my old R22 unit would no longer be serviceable. They gave me 3 different options for repairs and replacement. They were willing to come out the next day which was a Saturday and raining to do the work. Instead I setup an appt for Monday afternoon to replace the unit and a team showed up right on time and replaced the entire unit within a few hours with no issues. Everyone was extremely nice and courteous. Job Well Done. I would recommend Brandon’s to anyone...

They are absolutely the best heating and cooling business I have ever come in contact with! Jason, Teon and Nathan were professional and friendly. I completely trust them and so appreciate what they did for me!

I stumbled upon this company by accident, and I am so glad I did! The office staff was incredibly nice, and Jason went out of his way to take care of me even though I walked in out of the blue. When Nathan came to my house for a service call I was so impressed with how knowledgeable he was, and he made sure every question I had was addressed with a unique and personal touch. But what I really appreciated most was how friendly he was, Nathan really made it feel like a good friend of mine had come over to work on my HVAC. He taught me a few things I never even knew about ventilation systems, and I am now a more educated customer ..and I say customer because these guys have won me over!
