This company is great! I've never had a problem with any of the technicians. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for service. Not only do they make time for you while they are on the job but they also give plenty of options with any problems that are found instead of just fixing it and stick a hand out asking for money. Everyone I've talked to in the office has been the most understanding and the most helpful which makes a company great to work with.

I had an issue with my second heating unit and Nathan came over, very professional and patient, and was able to figure out the problem. He walked through the problem with me, as well as the steps that were needed to correct the problem. I would highly recommend their services.

Casey helped me trouble shoot a couple points prior to setting up the home visit, which was appreciated since it was approaching 100 degrees in the house that day! She ensured I had the unit off to help expedite the process of thawing the unit for when the tech arrived. The tech arrived when scheduled. He was polite and helpful...most of all my family slept cool that night and it didn't cost us a bundle!
I have saved Brandon's in my phone under A/C for the next time Texas deals us a hot summer. I would recommend Brandons to friends and neighbors. Thanks!

Quality service by Quality Folks. Our Technician, T, was fantastic. Utmost integrity and character. Honest and straightforward. In and out in 2 days after ordering parts. Highly recommend these Fellas for any work needed done on HVAC.

I have been using Brandon's Comfort Specialists for 10 years now and won't go anywhere else for my heating and cooling service.

They have always provided great service at reasonable prices and their technicians are always prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and do great work.

Called Brandon’s to have someone come and check my A/C that had gone out. They were able to come out quickly. The tech was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue and what it would take to fix. I ultimately decided to have the unit replaced which I was already thinking of doing. They showed up on time for the install, worked efficiently and made sure everything was working properly before they left. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of HVAC Repair/Replacement. Overall great experience from the first phone call thru the completed install.

I had purchased my new furnace/AC from this company about 7 or 8 years ago. I was very pleased with the work they did. I had also purchased the maintenance plan through them. A few months ago, my AC quit cooling. I called the company and a gentleman came out and looked it. He couldn't find out what was really wrong with it. He did blow out the plumbing pipes in my bathroom where the AC drained into. He left and it did cool down some. It still didn't get as cool as I liked it so I called them back. They set up another appointment. Once again I took off work in order to be at home when they came. I no more got home and they said they had gotten tied up with another appointment and we rescheduled the appointment. The gentleman that came out checked things out and once again blew out the pipes in the bathroom. He wasn't very friendly. When he went to leave he told me that if it happened again not to call them but to call a plumber - that was the best thing he did. On Labor Day weekend it went out again do I called a plumber. The plumber came right out and he asked why I called a plumber so I told him what had happened. He checked the plumbing and he told me that nothing was wrong with the plumbing. He called an AC person who worked for their company and he came out immediately. He went in the attic and found a plug that had been unplugged. He went outside to check the unit and found a part that had gone bad. He replaced that part and everything has worked great ever since. He even took the time to show me the bad part and the new part so that I could see the difference. I tried to call Brandon's to talk to the owner. I was told he was out of the office. I asked when a good time to call back and was told that he would call me back, which he never did. I called back again to cancel my maintenance agreement and at that time asked to talk to the owner. The lady I was talking to said she was one of the owners. I told her what had happened and she said their serviceman hadn't down anything wrong. I do not recommend this company! It really makes me angry that I had been a good customer for quite awhile and the owner never even returned my call. Again - I do not recommend using this company,

Brandon's Comfort Socialists are truly a great company. They have gone above and beyond my expectations with their customer service and have the best HVAC techs in North Texas.

And a special shout out to Nathan. He is extremely personable and knows exactly what he's doing.

Can't recommend Brandon's Comfort Socialists enough for all of your HVAC needs. There are many companies to choose from but these guys make the decision easy!

I have been using Brandon's Comfort Specialists for over 10 years. Any time I've had an issue with a room not cooling/heating, they come out and address all my concerns and go above and beyond to ensure I'm happy. Even to the point of making trips over and over to see what may be happening. Had to have the entire system replaced September '13 and they made sure I was getting what I needed and walked me through the process. I would recommend Brandon's to anyone who needs ac/heating issues taken care of. I sign up for the yearly maintenance plan that gets a summer/winter check up free of charge, and a discount on any parts that I may need to purchase. They are the real deal!
