The tech was AWESOME! I WISH i could remember his first name but it's T. Thomas and he checked over everything. Listened to all of my concerns and satisfied each one. He even confirmed that my filter was in fact too small. I am so happy and grateful that he was HONEST AND HAD INTEGRITY. I hope his company keeps him because it's hard to find good employees with fantastic customer service AND knowledge about his job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They're great!

Best HVAC Contractor you will find in North TX. Been a customer for almost a decade and never a single issue that was not resolved timely. From the Owners to the Techs they are personable and trustworthy. Will use Brandons as long as I live in their service area!

I have relied on Brandon's for many years to maintain my HVAC system. They are reliable reliable and competent. I like that remind you when it's time for routine maintenance. And their technicians are unfailingly punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable.

The service provided by Nathan was legendary. I first called the number and received a call back from Nathan within 15 minutes. He made an appointment in 2 hours and when he arrived are issue was fixed in under an hour. Having our AC fixed in about 3 hours from the time we called was hands down the best service I have received from an AC company. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Its been over 2 weeks and no issues with the AC unit.

I've used Brandon's for at least 6 years now--since we had to replace the AC units that originally came with the house. They're great, and I love their maintenance plan, especially since when I forget to schedule my semi-annual maintenance, they call me to remind me. The techs have consistently been friendly and HONEST. Today we had Nathan come out for our check and he was sooooo good with my ASD seven-year-old. He let my son watch what he was doing to the outside units and even let him help spray one of them down (with water). Haven't seen a need to call anyone else.

We have our units covered under their maintenance contract, and rest easy knowing they are managing our units, and will be out asap when service is needed. A technician was able to come out the say day on a Friday afternoon to diagnose the issues with our downstairs furnace unit. Based on the units age, the technician walked us through the costs of repair versus replacement. Ultimately it made more sense to us to replace the unit, which they were able to do the following Tuesday morning for a good price. The entire staff was very professional and respectful of our home while performing the work. We definitely recommend Brandon's Comfort Specialists, and will use them in the future for our heating and cooling needs.
