I contacted the service number for information regarding my HVAC unit, and a lady by the name of Caitlyn answered and was unable or unwilling to answer any of my questions. I will seek present and future business elsewhere.

Fixed tricky problem with overflow drainage.
Had to use clorox and the vacuum pump over many iterations to fix the plug in overflow drainage pipe. Stayed with the problem until solved.

Found the problem and quickly repaired. Great service as usual.
