As always, a very thorough checkup by the technician (the same fellow who came in April this year). The time he spends on the checkup gives us such a feeling of comfort.

We have used Surman Electric on 5 different occasions. 1. for new electrical box change out 2. for a rough out and final install of CAN lights during a renovation 3. Install patio/pergola outside fan + sockets 4. Install an independant socket from electrical box to the bathroom for the jet tub - Each time the job was done without issues, good quality and being reasonably priced. We have faith in their work and continue to use them for work on our rental properties.

600 to replace my refrigerant. The quote to replace my evaporator coil was also extremely over priced.

They are SO busy, but they got to us as soon as they could. We replaced our whole system last year and had a tune up recently. Do them a favor and plan for a new system in the winter! Haha

This place is worth the line! The best BBQ we've ever had! Parking is alittle crazy but the food makes up for that! Definitely will be back

I purchased & installed a new Lennox system about a year & a half ago. I had just recently had maintenance service check done on it by Bob's.

Bob's came in put down protection on floor and stairs, got to work and was done before i knew it! Nice , neat work and a/c working great.
