Really nice service crew. They had issues removing a part. 30 min job is turning into a 3 day job. Still not complete. Hopefully it will be done today. Update: the technician called in sick. Now stuck till Monday. Hopefully it's not Covid he didn't wear a mask in my house. They still have half the money.

I have used Bob’s AC in the past and that is why I contacted them for a current issue with my AC unit , which turned out to be a simple fix. The technician who came to my house was very professional and friendly. When I asked about the bill, he informed me there is an $89 call out fee added to the bill. I was surprised that I was not informed about this charge over the phone before the technician was sent to my house.

When I called the office later, I asked the employee who answered the phone why I was not informed of the charge. She gave me no real answer and then proceeded to tell me the fee is not a call out fee but a diagnostic fee.
I feel whether the fee is termed a call out fee or a diagnostic fee , either way, I should have been informed of the fee in advance. Next time, I will shop around. She informed me she will let the manager know about my concerns. Let’s see if they contact me regarding this issue.

I've been using Bob's for over a decade now. They maintained my old HVAC system and then did a full system install 9 years ago, as well as maintenance and repairs since then. They ARE a bit pricy but they're good people and I trust their work. The techs always answer all my tedious questions and give suggestions for how to maintain the system myself.

Bob's has done very good work for me in the past. My only gripe, and it isn't a biggie, is that I've purchased a service contract for the year; an AC check in early summer and a furnace check in the late fall. I asked to schedule the fall visit during the spring visit, and I was told that I cannot do that. Apparently the company tried that before, and when they later called the customer in the fall, some of them thought it was a scam and gave Bob's grief. I get that. But people are different. If I ask to schedule my appointment ahead of time, I'm going to put a reminder in my calendar, so I'll know that their call isn't a scam. Not only can I not schedule ahead of time, but they don't call later to setup the second appointment, so I have to remember to call them to set up the second appointment. If I forget, sorry! I also can't call further ahead than a month to setup the second appointment. If they could straighten out this little glitch, I'd be even more satisfied.

Had problems wit my ac. Called Bob’s AC. Had a technician out the same day! Shannon was extremely professional and pleasant person to work with. Diagnosed the problem and gave me options to remedy the situation. I selected an option and two very pleasant and efficient men were out the very next morning to complete the repairs/installation. Excellent response and workmanship!! Couldn’t ask for more!!!

Last week had Bob’s AC repair out to repair my AC unit, called one day and they were out the next morning and made repairs in less than one hour. The technician that came out was very professional and polite did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to call the again, great job.

Have used Bob's Air Conditioning since I had major AC issues back in 2014. They have always provided different options and explained things well to me. The ladies in the office are always helpful and polite. Antime there has been any issue with my system, Bobs always gets it taken care of immediately.

My mother bought AC years ago. Has had nothing but problems with unit. After replacing parts and filling with Freon discovered it was leaking more Freon. Going to charge $1500 for labor and part was under warranty. I called another company they replaced for $850 last July and I have never had another problem except for thermostat I purchased from Bob's that went out about year later. I feel like they took advantage of women. My lesson I guess but their loss

Great guy checked out everything found 2 problems was able to fix both...not cheap, but has to be done to help extend life of my sysyem. Little trouble with scheduling on wrong day, but it was quickly fixed. Best AC company I've used in years!
