When looking for a company to install heating & air, a neighbor recommended Cowboy Cooling. Right from the start I was impressed with the scheduling coordinator who was friendly and very knowledgeable. Robert was honest, offered the right solutions and made the process clear and understandable. When the install team came, they were ultra careful with our home and they did a great job. So impressive and really shows the degree of customer care they provide. We are very happy with the service, the products offered, the quality of the team and the fair pricing.

I learned so much about my system and he fixed things I didn't even know that if not fixed, could have damaged our system further. Same day fix and we're back to being cool in hot Houston! Robert and his team do a amazing job. They are always on time and let's me know how the ac is doing.

We used them for a regular AC Tune Up for air conditioning units that were working fine and paid extra for more freon. Not only did they not flush our lines - something our AC tuneups have always included, but one of our AC units stopped working completely within an hour after they left! Not impressed!

Companies only expand the amount of business they have bc they know what they are doing. Top notch here. Use them for any AC issues I’ll ever have.
