The HVAC system in my 1940s home presented some unique challenges. I interviewed a variety of vendors with a wide range of opinions on "what I needed." Robert went above and beyond to educate me on the HVAC basics and provided concise options to replace my full system with estimates that were not the lowest but certainly not the highest. Following job approval, Robert resolved a supply chain challenge by substituting a better condenser with no price increase and no change to install date. The subcontractors worked all day to finish the job even through pouring rain. I attribute a couple of communication hiccups to the holiday weekend and perhaps company growing pains. Anyway, I highly recommened you give Cowboy Cooling an opportunity to bid on your HVAC full system replacement.

Cowboy cooling was assigned to me as part of my home warranty‘s AC check program. I could not be more happy with their service and professionalism! They are so communicative. They contacted me to remind me that they were coming, that they were on their way, and when they were going to be 10 minutes late, they even contacted me about that. ** FYI the only reason that the technician was late is because he stopped to help a pregnant lady change her flat tire at the gas station. Also, I had to reschedule a couple of times and they made it so easy and made me feel totally fine about having to reschedule with them. They came into my home and were so respectful professional and quick. All of their reports and explanations are thorough and followed up with email and documentation about the service that I received. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone!!
