Absolutely horrible. The technician on the phone was completely unprofessional. I'm a paying customer requested a weekend emergency services. They wanted to charge for 2 separate visits. One $150 for an inspection to here what i already know and the second to actually fix the problem. Not a problem but the Tech wanted money up front and money once the problem is fixed. My experience has been if I'm paying you to repair something the bill is settled once the issue is fixed. He was rude and said he didn't have time to deal with me. An absolute horrible experience and I'll make sure all of my social media outlets here in the Killeen Harker Heights cove add nd Temple Area know of this. Disappointed and offended.

We only spent one awful night in an overheated home--thankfully our downstairs was cooled by another A/C unit--but Artie's did arrive on the 1st day called, delivered a quote the next morning, and installed the brand, spanking new unit later that afternoon. Tech's always do great work to make sure I don't have major issues throughout the seasons. They also give me good advice for what is best for my system.

Artie's replaced our HVAC heat pump in 2015 and the lower level HVAC in 2018. We also subscribe and recommend Artie's annual preventative maintenance program for our systems. Beware Arties was contracted to replace my entire AC unit by First American Home Warranty. Because they make so little money on these contracts they tried to charge $375 to flush the system. The average price in Bell County is $85 for labor, and $50 for the tank. Twice First American has replaced AC units for me in different homes I have owned, on both occasions I wasn't charged to flush the system. Arties can get the contracts and still make money by passing on the cost to you. Buyer beware!
