As a disclaimer, I've only had dealings with this company through home warranty claims. I can't speak to the quality of their retail experience. Based on the last year of experience, I wouldn't recommend this company for warranty service work. Although the initial installation of a new air handler was performed in August without any problems or delays, the unit has since had several problems, attributed to installation. Through the winter, Artie's was unable to effectively troubleshoot (after several visits and one no-show) the Lennox heat unit they installed, requiring a different Lennox dealer to eventually solve the problem. Fast forward to this week, where I've been told that the fire hazard pictured, caused by improper installation, would be an 85$ service fee to correct due to the manufacturer's warranty covering only parts. While true, it's a little unethical to charge a customer to fix a problem caused by company technicians. Ultimately, while the installation was generally problem free, the follow on service has been severely lacking.

Arties Air Conditioning and Heating installed my cooling and heating system several months ago. They did a great job! Everyone was so professional from the receptionist to the installation technician (s). I am very impressed! I would recommend them to everyone and anyone needing their services.
Every detail about the service was explained to me before and after the installation. I received a letter by mail after installation from them asking if everything was okay. That was awesome! Not very many companies do that these days.
They even sent me a gift, some cupcake cookies and two Arties coffee cups to show their appreciation for me giving them the opportunity to service my AC & Heating. The AC system is working great and I am so happy and grateful that I chose them.

Our heater went out just before temperatures reached the teens. Artie’s came out and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. This is not our first time using them and will certainly not be the last!

I’ve used Arties for years . This was the first time that I’ve been disappointed. I still would use them again.

This is the 2nd time I've had to call Artie's to fix a unit that's only 3 years old. It was purchased from someone else. The technicians have been wonderful!!! So friendly and helpful! They even honored the manufacturer warranty on our unit even though they didn't install it. We signed up for their twice a year check up and I highly recommend you do too! We will never use anyone else. ARTIE'S IS THE BEST!!!!

The team arrived at the scheduled time to install dual system-AC & heating. They were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Some did the outside work and others worked on the inside and it all came together nicely. The cost was the most reasonable in this area which was a big plus. They also sent a customer appreciation gift after the installation was completed which was an additional big plus. I strongly recommend you call Artie’s if you need any HVAC service; you will not be disappointed 👍

They put in a new AC unit in for me last year for my first floor.
Totally satisfied with their service. This time requested a quote for a possible unit for the second floor and confirm problems given by another AC company
The other AC company come out day prior and give a wrong fault. Their estimate for a replacement was much higher than Artie's.
They are a professional group that arrives on time and ensure the customer is satisfied. They are my go to team for AC maintenance or problems.
