Three employees came out to replace the inside unit and outside unit and had to install a new thermostat. They worked very efficiently and quickly and did a wonderful job installing the new units. I was showed where the new filter was and how the new thermostat works. I thought it would be a long process installing the new units and was amazed at how quickly it was done. I will always use Artie's Heating & Air for all my repairs and inspections. Thank you for job well done!

We love Artie’s! The first unit they installed for us was twenty years ago. All good things must come to an end. We called Artie’s again when we started having problems. In 36 hours they had a new unit ordered and installed. Their service is great!😊

I was a bit bummed that my home warranty program didn't cover what needed to be done to my unit, but even with the out of pocket cost, I'm so pleased with the level of service I received. My air conditioner is working again, the guys were very friendly and gave good advice for the future. If I need service in the future, I'm definitely calling these guys again.

Technicians were prompt, courteous, and seemed to know what they were doing. They worked quickly and even swept the garage where some insulation had fallen from the attic. Overall, we are pleased with the service we received.

I had a old unit but was working fine, I had my summer maintenance contract with them and when they came to service it they did not do the 15 point inspection promised and 2 hours after they left my unit quit cooling. They said the valves was weak and I needed a new unit $4570. I called the owner and he gave me a lame excuse. Saying they could change out side unit. They sent another technician to to verify and I watched as he troubleshoot the problem and noticed all je did was attach the gages and opened the valve never hooking up the meter reader or took any core reading or bulb test ect. Im not a HVAC tech but I read and watched videos of the correct test procedure of a bad condenser valve and realised they never did the complete test procedures perhaps they just took enougt freon out to make the gages not read. So I went with another company Ellis air and they quoted me a better price and a complete system with all new everything, basically they tore out the whole and started from scratch with a higher seer and 1/2 larger outside unit for less . They even inspected my duct work and sealed them for free. I would never use Arties again and they can keep the $99.00 I paid for the maintenance. Their techs are not as knowledgeable as they seem and they short cut things. By the way they didnt evenn clean the leaves out of the unit because they claim it was bot part of the service inspection but I pulled up thier 15 point inspection and the was # 2 or 3. Shoody work but you.just lost.my business.

Our AC went out yesterday afternoon. I put in a work order with the home warranty folks and received an email notification from Artie's. Because it was after 5 I had to wait until this morning at 8 am to call them. They told me they wouldn't be able to make it today but that if anyone cancelled they would inform me. 30 minutes later they called me back and told me help would arrive late this morning or early afternoon. Curtis and Nelson showed before 11 and troubleshot the system to a faulty capacitor and a clogged line very quickly. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you so much, Artie's, for taking care of this so fast and saving us from the Central Texas heat of August!
