I will continue to use Artie’s for all my AC & Heating needs. They are always professional and very responsive. Their customer service is exceptional. Whenever I have called into the office and spoke to Ashley she has been knowledgeable and very courteous. No matter what technician has come out they have also been knowledgeable and the problem I was having was resolved before they left

Horrible experience, came out yesterday 2/2, as soon as the tech got there he was ready to leave. Did not stick around to make sure the heat was working. As soon as the tech left the heater stopped working. Called Arties numerous times before they closed, unable to get anyone and nobody returned my call. Now the city has frozen over roads are down, and my 78 year old mom is without heat stuck in her home because someone didn’t want to take the correct time to assess and fix the issue.

First time with Artie's and will definitely recommend them to anyone for AC stuff. James and Alex were both very professional and full of advice when asked. Knowledgeable on their subject and did a great job. 10/10 will recommend. Update: 3/31/2020. They came out to replace my ac system ans did they do a good job. Everything was explained to me so I could understand what was going on. Questions that needed to be asked were answered. James and Richard are both extremely professional. I will be using them for any future HVAC needs. Great job guys!!

Our appointment was kept, as promised, and after a successful recharge of freon, we are cool and comfortable again. Praise the Lord!! Great service!

Artie's should be called "Arctic's" because my home is now COLD all day, even in the late afternoon, since they installed my New, Inside and Outside Unit. The Team were respectful, courteous and professional. They were careful and protected my property while removing the old unit and during the installation of the new unit. They took the time to use a shovel and a leveling tool to insure the components were level, and cleaned the area thoroughly before installing the new system. It is the small details that I noticed that makes all the difference to me; how they sealed the lines entrance port, at the foundation to prevent bugs from entering my house. They also custom designed the drain hose and was totally transparent throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions, and explained how to operate the new system before leaving. People, I don't blow smoke, wasn't asked to do this, my money well spent, in fact, a long term investment and an increase in value to my home.
