One of my AC units stopped cooling. Called JAK first thing in the morning and had an appointment scheduled for the same day in the afternoon. Well to my surprise they were able to come out mid morning. Randy showed up and within 10 minutes checked a couple of things and had the problem solved! Awesome service from talking to Veronica on the phone and chatting with Randy while he worked. Such great people! I definitely recommend and will use again!!

Wow, this team replaced our entire system inside and out in 3 hours, everything was done professionally, and cleanup too. Was impressed with the new hangers used in the attic, no reusing old hangers or overflow pans. Will definitely use them for the next system later this year.

Fantastic Service, well trained, professional, courteous staff! Thank you JAK services for getting my heat back on quickly during this run of ultra-cold weather we just had. Your technician Dylan was on-site right away, and he was courteous, and took the time to listen to me about what was and wasn't happening with my furnace. He assessed my furnace function, and then ran some diagnostics on my thermostat. He replaced my thermostat in a matter of minutes, and had the heat back on. I am thrilled with the outcome! Great Service! Great People!

JAK provided first rate services. David Horton & his crews installed 2 full A/C & Heating systems in our home. Our existing units were 20 years old & no longer up to current codes. I have been using JAK Services for years now. They always try to do what is best for you...not what will make them the most money. They are good about letting me know if something is about to need to be repaired, and usually give me an estimate of how much longer the old part should last so I can decide if it is urgent enough to do something about it yet.. Their honest way of doing things has caused me to always think of them if there is some sort of AC work to be done. I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone.

For the last 10 years I have used JAK. They installed my ac/heat pump system and have always responded right away if we had any issues. They are trustworthy and don’t try to up sell you anything, just good service for a good price!
