As a Realtor in the Keller and Surrounding area of DFW for over 20 years JAK has earned my personal and professional business for myself and my clients moving forward. During the winter storm of February 2021 our downstairs heater wasn’t working at all and had been out for a week. We called another company who came out and told us it would be 3-5 days to order the needed circuit board part and then install it. After the lack of communication from the other company who delayed the install yet again by an additional 3 days timeframe, I called JAX. I was immediately relieved when David answered the phone and told me that he would be glad to help us. He located the part that same day and was also able to install it the same day as well! All of this top notch service and David’s going above and beyond during our unprecedented winter weather speaks volumes. I can’t Thank them enough!

JAK Services recently replaced my two 14 year old HVAC systems which had leaks in both coils (among other problems), with new 16 SEER American Standard systems. I could not be more pleased with my dealings with the company and the outcome of the work.

As anyone reading this knows, replacing HVAC units is not a cheap endeavor, and proposals can vary widely. As such, in conducting due diligence, I had 9 HVAC companies come out to give me proposals. The quotes ranged from 12k all the way up to 19k (A#1 Air) for comparable systems, with an average proposal between 14-15k. JAK actually came in below the average.

More importantly, David (the owner of JAK Services) took the time to come out personally to give me a proposal for the scope of work to be performed and also sat down with me to fully explain the process and answer all of my questions. Every other company sent a sales rep who has probably never performed an install in their lives. David's level of knowledge and genuine honesty put me at complete ease. It also didn't hurt that their prices were among the most reasonable.

David and his team performed the install flawlessly and the systems are working perfectly. I am fully confident that should any issue arise down the road, David and his team will be out to fix it in an expedient manner. Also of note, JAK Services provides a 2 year labor warranty (standard) - all other companies were 1 year. Lastly, JAK took care of registering the new systems with the manufacturer and had the warranties set up for me. It couldn't have been any easier!

It's great to know that there are still honest companies out there that perform top notch work and truly care about their customers - not just their bottom line. Thank you very much to the entire JAK team!

Michael helped my understand and adjust my thermostat on my recently installed HVAC system. What a huge difference it has made with the coolness! JAK is a great company to work with. Everyone from David, the owner, to office personnel (Brenda) and the field employees (Randy and Michael) have been top notch. A breath of fresh air - no pun intended.

Our Downstairs A/C unit went at overnight I’m guessing, so I called my Home Shield Warranty company and quickly learned that they were not going to be in a hurry to help me anytime soon. I checked the Nextdoor app and noticed that JAK services came highly recommend so I gave them a call and the technician (Randy) was literally at my front door in less than an hour. It ended up being a fan motor and we both learned the that there were a couple of other issues contributing to the unit failure so Randy helped remedy those issues while he was here and without charging me ridiculous fees to do so. Thanks again Randy, my family and the two dogs appreciate your help.

Quick response and honest. We had the AC repaired last year, but were unsure if it was working properly. Jak Services came out and did a check of the system and all looks good! Trustworthy and earned a new lifetime customer!

Randy from JAK Services was able to be at my house within a short time to repair my air conditioning unit. Randy was professional and informed me every step of the way as he was diagnosing the problem. Within a short time, the unit was fixed. Randy let me know the cost of the repair before continuing on to the repair (the capacitor was bad). I would completely trust this company and would recommend them to anyone who needs ac services.
