I double-booked them with another servicer when my AC went out. They were very understanding despite showing up while the other tech was here. I was embarrassed for the mix-up, but David was so cool about it. I will definitely call them should I need another opinion.

JAK Services replaced about 27 year old heating and cooling system in the attic of our two story home. The techs were professional, courteous, and friendly.

They worked as a team and everyone knew their job and and got after it. No one stood around, or wasted time. They were in and out out in about 3 hours.

The first gentleman laid out drop cloths from the door, up the stairs, and to the attic stairs. When finished he swept up the entire area.

We are very pleased with the price and service of JAK.

I was extremely fortunate to find this company while sorting through the many HVAC providers. I first came in contact with JAK Services three years ago when another company had botched the repair of my heat pump. David Horton of JAK Services not only explained to me what had gone wrong but also offered me a higher quality system at a more reasonable price than any other company I had investigated. The new American Standard not only kept us comfortable but also drastically lowered my utility bills. Plus my ducts have been upgraded and an air cleaner has been installed. Since that time I have called on JAK Services for other maintenance and repairs. They have always been quick to respond, and honest and professional in all their work. The world needs more people in business like those at JAK Services.

I know I can always count on JAK to get out to me quickly. Same day service is so important when you are freezing. JAK is my first call each time.

Our AC is struggling with the hot weather and hasn’t been able to reach the temperature set point in the afternoons. I called JAK Services and Kate was very polite and courteous. She scheduled an appointment the next day. David (the owner) was the one who came out to check out the unit which says a lot about a company. He was very polite and straightforward with what the issue was. He even took the time to explain in detail how an AC system works to my wife. Unfortunately our AC system has a leak and will need to be replaced but it’s over 20 years old so it’s definitely reached it’s end of life use. The price David quoted us was more than reasonable and he wasn’t pushy about it at all. All in all it was a great experience and we are looking forward to the install.

I had an excellent experience with JAK Service! I did not have an urgency for service, but it worked out that they were able to accommodate my first availability. The representative, Kyle, was prompt, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and fully explained the issue and how it could be resolved. I've only lived in the home for 7 weeks and he also showed me exactly how to change the filter and the frequency of change. He performed all the services I needed in the one visit to my full satisfaction. I would definitely recommend JAK Services!

Got an appointment for AC Service the same day that I called. Technician was on time and quickly fixed the problem. Knowledgeable and quick to get the repair done. Would recommend this company!

I scheduled heating maintenance after I was recommended JAK Services on Nextdoor. I was able to get an appointment the same week . The technician was professional and answered all of my questions regarding my fairly new system. The technician also made a recommendation for a air purification system and explained throughly how it can benefit my children that have allergy problems. I appreciated that they weren’t pushy with the sales as many other company’s in the area can be. I will continue to use JAK Services for maintenance of my system and highly recommend others to use them as well!
