    I would recommend JAK to anyone in the DFW metro. Their techs are always punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. Anytime I’ve had an issue, they’ve been able to fix it quickly.

    Jason was awesome! He was so kind to come out on Christmas Eve.He came when he said he would be there. Our heating sensor went out and Jason repaired it quickly. We so appreciate his professionalism and how kind and honest he was. We will now be using JAX for all our air and heating needs. Thank you again!!

    Jason from JAX came out to our house recently and did a great job! We had 4 companies previously come to the house to help us manage temperature and flow issues, and all the previous companies ignored the issues and worked to get us to buy new equipment. One shady but well known company even tried to talk us into replacing our entire system. Jason spent time learning about the issue then actually focused on troubleshooting the problem with the units and flow. He quickly determined the solution, made adjustments and repairs, and said there was no need to buy a single new piece of equipment. Everything is working much better today, and we'll definitely continue to exclusively use JAX for all HVAC services.

    I have used this company for nearly 10 years and they were always great. I have easily spent over $20k and have referred countless friends and neighbors. Perhaps good help is hard to find, but there was a miscommunication on a new job I was having them do. The technician was indifferent, apathetic, and talked down to me. He was lacking any sort of grace or respect. I will admit that I lost my cool and said a few choice words that were regrettable, but I do refuse to allow someone to talk to me in such a manner inside my own home. When I spoke to David, the owner, he refused to accept that his tech would do such a thing. Then David proceeded to talk over me and become rude himself. I had always been loyal to this company because of their superior customer service. Unfortunately, after this treatment that relationship is now a bitter divorce.

    UPDATE: This my response to the owner's comment below. First, you should read through all the negative reviews and see how David responds to them. Apparently, it is never their fault and they take no accountability for their own actions. How can that be the case? NO ONE IS PERFECT. He continues on about how I lost my temper because they could not "magically" do the job. As I stated before, I used some choice words but that had everything to do with how disrespecting and patronizing the technician was. David refused to acknowledge the possibility of this. I am not trying to harm this business, I think Google Reviews provides necessary transparency for customers to seek out the best companies to do business with so they can make an informed decision. Companies are not always going to be perfect, but it is how they respond which matters. An owner should try to diffuse the situation and find a path forward to maintain what has been a fruitful business relationship. Instead he refuses to acknowledge the issue (both the miscommunication on details of the job and his tech's communication) and puts the blame solely on me.

    Update #2: So the big disconnect with this business was the fact they said in order to install a vent into one of my rooms was that the ceiling would have to have an access hole created which I would eventually have to get patched and repaired. I went with another HVAC company and astonishingly they were not able to install the vent without creating additional access holes in the drywall, but they did it for half the price which JAK was asking for. At this point, I am grateful for their rude service and thankful the owner was unwilling to work with me on a solution because it saved me a good amount of money!!!
