Texas Discount Air

This was the first repair I had to do on this system. Todd was very knowledgeable, and patient with my "want to know everything" questions. Very efficient and went above and beyond, even giving me pointers on how to keep my unit clean. Really appreciated the quality of service. Will definitely be my go to for all my HVAC needs.

Todd is the BEST! He was fair and honest. I will definitely be using this company again for any future AC/HVAC issues. Highly recommend!

Todd is good to go, no BS sales gimmicks/ up charging. Its a rare sight to see in the A/C business. He does complete installs, since I was looking to replace my outdoor unit only he pointed me in the right direction. One of the companies quoted 11.5k for a install, Todd told me that I was getting overcharged, and the job is about 4k. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company.

I called this morning and they fit me in at noon today. After looking at my unit they determined it was the capacitor,
fixed it and it was under warranty. Great company. This is the best company.

Charged 200+ to replace a 15 dollar capacitor. Said if any problems with it 3 years they'll replace it for free.
The next year it goes out and they say they don't service my area.

Todd DJ and team were great. Value was amazing and they were straight forward with pricing. They showed up on time and took care of business. I absolutely can not recommend them enough. Considering I just had 2 units replaced which is obviously expensive that recommendation should really mean something. Who is happy when they drop that kind of money? The owner of Texas Discount Air, Todd Hoffman, is one outstanding individual. He is out working hard on the long weekend while giving his technicians time off.
I called on a Saturday evening, Memorial Day weekend, and he was there within an hour. Not only did he fix my AC unit, but gave me lots of great advice on how to keep it running better. It definitely shows that he knows and cares about what he is doing, and $29 service calls - awesome!! The epitome of an outstanding, locally run Keller business!

I called Texas Discount Air due to an issue with my AC unable to keep up with the temperature set. Todd came over the next morning on time and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and walked me through the next steps to fix it. He informed me that the issue is most likely due to the frequent power outages I have had within the past month that shorted my compressors, so I would have to reach out to the utility company. Todd could have easily sold me a service he offered, but instead, he didn't even charge me a service call fee. As a first-time home owner, it is a blessing to have someone as honest and helpful as Todd; Texas Discount Air & Todd have earned a life-long customer as long as I am in the area.

Todd has been very responsive to service calls. I never had to wait any longer than a day for him to arrive and most times he was here within 4 hours or less. The team that installed the new air-conditioning unit were very professional and cleaned up thoroughly after the installation. I highly recommend these guys.
