I called Texas Discount Air and spoke with Todd. He showed up at my house within one hour of my phone call and took care of my AC issue. He was very knowledgeable and was great at explaining all of our options. The problem was fixed and the AC was working within 30 minuets of him being at our home. Walked into our house that felt like an inferno at 8:30pm on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. After calling literally 15 places and waiting for calls back I contacted Todd with Texas Discount Air. He was so friendly and was in between calls when he answered, but still came out to our house late at night. He diagnosed the problem quickly, but was unfortunately out of the part due to the days call volume. He was scheduled to come back at 10-11am the next day, but he showed up literally first thing in the morning, and was able to fix the AC in under an hour. Can't recommend Texas Discount Air enough. Todd was knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough with explanations of the issue and options. Even more impactful to me, his charge was less than half of the last company I used to perform the same service. We spoke about a potential new system in the future, and his quote was a significant amount less than the other guys too. Definitely have a go to AC company now - thanks Todd!

I called Todd in late afternoon and he showed up by 7:00 pm that night to service my AC and determine what was wrong. Very honest and upfront. Turns out I needed a new system which he explained in detail very well.
