Todd runs a top-notch business and is very honest. He was quick to respond and found my system to be low in refrigerant. He then gave me several options and described the pros and cons of each option, then provided an honest opinion of what he would do if he were in my situation.

When another issue arose a week later, he generously offered more sound advice and even steps to attempt to repair it myself (over the phone). I had him come out a second time and after a little bit of investigation, he found a simple fix that ultimately solved the problem. He then didn't charge me anything for this second visit. Honestly the most honest HVAC person I have ever contacted! Called on a Friday night, Todd was there by 7-8a on a Saturday and fixed the issue all before I even got up for the day. I am very grateful for his promptness and honesty especially when a tenant is involved. Thank you again Todd!

We had called Todd back in May for an AC tune up. He is the first contractor I have met in my entire life who actually said the words "your system is fine, tune ups are a scam." I was floored. Never has anyone told me they DIDN'T need to do something. It speaks to a genuine honesty that is so rare today.

So our downstairs furnace stopped blowing last week. I naturally called Todd. He came early on a Saturday, ran up the ladder to the attic. I heard a little clanging and whammo... heat was coming out. Turns out we had a pressure switch trip when we had our roof replaced. He had actually said it was probably that when we spoke on the phone. He correctly diagnosed it without even seeing it lol.

Not only is he prompt and friendly, but the dude knows his stuff. I will never call another HVAC service again. I'm almost looking forward to needing a new system. Absolutely top notch!
