I have used Air Squad before and had excellant results. This last time was no different.
After requesting service on a Thursday afternoon for my Mom's furnace that was not working properly,
Richard (Richy) was at her house within less than half hour. He diagnosed the problem, purchased the part we needed and in a short time had the furnace working properly.
He was upfront with the costs which actually turned out to be slightly less than quoted. The work area was left clean and neat.
I highly recommend using Air Squad.

Recently, our AC went out, and this was determined late in the evening. The owner of the company came out to help us that evening, and also returned early in the morning to install a new unit. I normally don’t leave reviews, good or bad. But, I have to do one this time. Jheovany came out early in the week and it was decided that we needing a new hvac system. Just a couple days later Rich and the installers were here to do the install. It turned out to be a difficult install, but you couldn’t tell by their attitudes. From beginning to end it was a terrific experience. We know who we’ll be recommending to our friends/family for any and all hvac needs.

My outside unit stopped working late in the evening and temp reached 90 inside. I called several companies and got nothing but answering machines, even though they all stated that they were still open. Air Squad was the only one that returned my call. I was told that their tech, Justin would be coming out and that he would call me before arriving, which he did. He arrived when he said he would and was very thorough. He found the problem within minutes and gave me a price before he fixed it. He also checked my freon levels and took the time to go over all of the numbers on the meter. He made sure that everything was working correctly before he left. He is very professional and polite. I will give them a call back should I ever need them. Thanks again Justin!

I just had a Lennox air conditioner installed from Air Squad. The professional staff, excellent workmanship, honest and dependable people of this company is the reason I have used the services for over 15 years! Jheovany is very professional and quickly diagnosed and fixed my a/c. Janet keeps me posted on scheduled arrivals so I do not have to wonder when to expect service. They are top notch!

Air Squad came out to do a PM prior to us using our AC. They did a good job updating a few items and added a drain valve. We ended up having to pay for the drain valve which I felt should have been included as part of the origin install. This is why I didn't give them a 5.

I LOVE Air Squad. Would never go with anyone else. Their technicians are professional, neat & always explain things so I can understand. They never make me feel like a pest & usually get to me the day I call. There are not enough superlatives in the dictionary to explain them.
