    Air Squad has been out to service our A/C three times since 2011... once on a holiday (July 4). Rich and his staff are always very fast/responsive, professional, and thorough. I've never had to leave a voicemail, even on weekends/holidays. In short, great customer service and high-quality work... I highly recommend them.

    As usual he assessed the problem and quickly deterred that the problem was sauced by a lack of air flow. The filter needed to be replaced. Now the system runs just fine.

    The owner is completely unprofessional when I called him about pricing. He was being condescending for no reason when asking about a price that I thought was high and to see if I can apply my active military discount to due to the high price. No one wants anything for free, Richard. Calm down. Hopefully you make $2500 a job like you told me or else he doesn’t get his profit. Lol what a joke.

    I am totally pleased. Not only did the technician whose name is Adrian arrive on time. He was actually early. He was polite, professional and had the system completely repaired within one hour. My house was internally 88 degrees over Mother's Day weekend and in less than an hour I'm living comfortably again. I have used other companies in the last 22 years in Florida but none can compare with Air Squad. I highly recommend them and try to get Adrian as your tech.

    We received a call today to apologize for the level of customer service received this weekend and we greatly appreciate it. Like I said in the previous comment these guys have been awesome in the past so I am glad to see this one situation is not indicative of how they run their business. Have always done honest and professional work for us in the past so I am extremely happy that we can continue to use their services.

    We have had really good experiences over the past 2 years except for this past Saturday 4/15 when they came out to service our system (We bought a service plan for them to do so thru the summer). The service was great minus the fact that the tech left our air filter out of the system after servicing. The system was set pretty low to make sure it was running properly and then ran without a filter the rest of the day. My wife and 2 year old daughter ended up having allergy attacks and all the fun stuff that involved. We at that point went to purchase a new air filter thinking that may be the culprit. When we went to replace the filter we noticed the tech had taken our old one out that day and just left it out... That seemed to be the allergy culprit. All of this we were not upset by, mistakes happen but when we called to let them know about the mistake to prevent this for others in the future the supervisor decided he wanted to argue that they were not at fault and that we asked them to leave the filter out. Like I said, very good company in the past and very strange they would want to argue that point. We did not want anything other than to let them know about it... now we will be looking elsewhere in the future.

    Well my heater decided it didn't want to work anymore so I needed to find someone to fix it fast. Wouldn't it be great if i could find someone I could trust too? Well I did, I found Air Squad!!! Rich came out in the morning and was back in the evening with my new parts. He's very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. There was no question I had that went unanswered. I highly recommend Air Squad, thank you Rich....

    When our air conditioner stopped working, we decided to get a new A/C unit. Air Squad repaired our old A/C unit so that it would work until they could come out a few days later and replace it. The installation was very good and fast and the price was reasonable.

    Our AC stopped worked last night around 6 PM. I called Air Choice, and Emily got back to me right away. She let me know that Air Choice had sold to Air Squad and they could be there this morning to take a look. She was super clear about the process and very communicative. Sure enough, promptly this morning Jheovany was here to take a look at my system. The online tracking system was really helpful for knowing when he’d be here! He was thorough, efficient, and friendly.

    We liked Air Choice a lot, but are just as happy if not more so with Air Squad!
