Air Squad Heating & Cooling

Our air conditioner stopped cooling Friday evening. I left a message and within 15 minutes, I received a return call. Saturday morning, the technician was at my door at 8:30 am, as promised! I was not given the customary 4 hour window! When the technician arrived, I was wearing my tool belt, just in case he needed my assistance! He was pleasant, patient and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Everything he needed to complete the job was on his truck.

I am soooo glad that i decided to give this company a call!

Excellent same day service, Dylan was professional, extremely thorough and explained each step in detail. Best written report I've ever seen. Highly recommend.

Inexperienced tech came to my house, said I need a new blower coil, that supposedly was leaking, my wife's friend from churche came over to check it out and he said it just needed a really good cleaning, air squad wanted to charge me 2000 dollars for a 80 dollar job. I was very dissatisfied.

Highly recommend this place! Our AC went out while we were on vacation. We came back yesterday to our house 84 degrees inside. The first company we called said that our control board was fried and so was our compressor. He also said whoever last did maintenance on our unit way overcharged it. Said he released 4lbs of refrigerant and wouldn't be able to get a new board ordered until monday.

We called Air Squad to get a 2nd opinion and their tech told us it was just low on freon. Just proves the first company is a scam and just out to get money (Jaks AC) and Air Squad was honest and got the job done quick! Our house is now 72 degrees and the AC is working perfect.

Another A/C company recommended Air Squad because they could not service me right away. Air Squad called me back after leaving message on a Sunday and offered me service the very next day. Thank goodness because it was 100 degrees on Sunday and 89 in the house. They was here before 8 and Jheovany was wonderful. Got my A/C going, answered my questions and I am now feeling cold temps in the house. Thank you Air Squad!!

With having lost my hubby I have been taken for some rides by unhonest people. AirSquad has integrity, upfront pricing, very professional and personable repair technicians. I like my repairman.

The service technicians are friendly. I do think that they are motivated to try and "sell" services and equipment. I'm not sure if there is an incentive for them to do this, but I felt like I was getting a "hard sell" from the technician following the seasonal service of my HVAC. This makes me question the credibility and honesty of the service.

Air Squad always provides friendly and timely service to our HVAC systems. They make recommendations, when needed, but are not pushy in their tactics. I would recommend them to anyone needing trustworthy service.
