    My family recently had an outstanding experience with Air Squad. We were in dire need of air duct gutting and replacement for the whole house and in need of a new air conditioning/heat pump unit as well. Needless to say, when you are financially laying down that kind of commitment, you want a crew you can trust! Rich Prater was excellent with communication, timeliness with appointments, and polished as a salesman, not overselling us on goods as many other companies in the trade have tried to do. He helped us get exactly what we needed and has made us a customer for life. His crew: Dustin, Bobby, and Andy were great at completing the work and worked super-hard! Couldn't be happier with the quality of service and merchandise we paid for.

    We purchased our home new in 2004. In 2018, Air Squad replaced both of our HVAC systems with modern, efficient systems. Since then, our home is far more comfortable than when it was new. And, we are saving a bunch on electricity!
    I should point out that our Air Squad price was as low as the COSTCO price, for the same equipment.
    Icing on the cake: Everyone from Air Squad is so very nice! Dylan just came by for our spring check; he was wearing a mask but I knew he was smiling!

    We first called Air Squad several years ago. It was after hours and on the weekend. The owner came out and fixed our issue; was friendly, and the cost was far less than other HVAC people. This summer, our condenser coil in our attic went out. Rich presented two options and proceeded with the first, more affordable option after giving me a 50/50 chance of success. He guaranteed the work towards the more costly, replacement option. I called him today to let him know that the fix did not hold. He let me know that we has already prepared for my call, had already located the needed parts and was prepared to move forward. I checked his pricing against other contractors and AirSquad was undeniably in the lower range of pricing. No one likes to AC to break down, but I am so happy it's happening with AirSquad as our trusted HVAC Company. -- Update 2016 -- Fourth time to call AirSquad. Had a little problem with a plugged PVC pipe and built up condensation. Rich took care of the issue without taking advantage of us and even looked at another issue we had with our thermostat.

    They tried to sell my elderly friend a bunch of stuff he didn't need. He called me after they left and I couldn't believe it. He had a more reputable company check it out and they had it up and running for 1/10 of the price. ...taking advantage of an elderly man...not cool.

    My name is Jim Lightner. I want to give a big “Thank you” to Air Squad HVAC Customer Care Representative “Justin Newberry”. We had an AC problem previously and called Air Squad. They sent Justin out and he repaired the problem. We were so impressed with his work we signed up for Air Squad’s “Comfort Club Maintenance Plan”

    This brings us to our first Maintenance Tune-up under this Plan. Janet called yesterday to remind us of our next appointment between 1 – 3pm. Today, Justin called stating he would arrive 1:15pm. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

    He checked our two units, preformed his Heater tune-up maintenance and replaced the emergency drip pan. Buy the way without the plan each unit tune-up would have cost us $125.00 each to check for the winter.

    This is the type of customer care we need every day for every problem! Service with an outstanding attitude towards complete customer care. Yes we realize many Businesses emphasize customer care, but we do not often see it.

    If you want Peace of mind then call the professionals at “Air Squad” to schedule, maintain and repair you AC & Heating. I am a 100% disabled Air Force Retired Veteran on a set income. This Company Rocks!!!!
