    I had my HVAC replaced by Air Squad in August of 2016. I received estimates from 7 different companies in the area and Air Squad was by far the most professional, both in explaining my options, as well as showing that they would value my business.
    The professionalism they showed in that initial visit has extended through the the installation as well as every interaction I have had with them since through their comfort club.
    I would absolutely recommend Air Squad to anyone who needs work done on their HVAC.

    I have used Air Squad for years for my HVAC maintenance needs and am a member of their Comfort Club. They come out a couple of times per year for routine checkups and whenever I have a problem and offer reasonable cost for service outside of what is covered in the Comfort Club. Their service technicians are very professional. I had Justin N. for my last two appointments and could not be happier with the level of service. I would highly recommend Air Squad to anyone in the Keller, TX area.

    Have been a customer for 2 years now. Have been pleased with their maintenance service and have also relied upon them when the system went out on a Sunday on labor day weekend. Recently had them install a new system. They were among the lowest price wise among all the estimates I obtained and they also performed a heat load measurement to calculate the exact size system that I needed as opposed to estimating or going off of my old system. That ended up saving me money as well.

    Addendum
    A few months after my install I came back from vacation to find a water spot on my ceiling. I called them and they came out immediately and fixed the problem at no cost to me and paid to have a painter fix my ceiling.

    I have used you 3 times and while I give you credit for very professional people you were also very affordable which I gave 5 stars for...but the last time you came out to fix our issue which you did, we were also going to add to the fix of that the stop leak you told us about last time for the very small leak we have.Not only was it alot more than we were told the time before of around 380 to 400, but when we were going to top it off this time since you were here and it was just about a pound in a half down we were told we were also told you no longer charge by the pound anymore and would be a flat fee...a big flat fee of way over 500+ on top of what was being fixed and you have a new policy. Your new policy that day was going to cost me almost 900 dollars all due your flat fee. U don't blame your rep since he is following your new policy...but really..I have taken off your sticker on my ac unit and my neighbor did too. I run a very large dealership and manage the service and I understand the new freon issues coming...but I also know just like my dealership, there are alot of other choices, and now that I am faced with one again it will be someone else.Thank you for what you were in the past but very disappointed in the new future of your changes which makes me feel the need to make some of my own. This is not an attempt for you to change your business, it is what it is...just to let you know if you loose 1, how many more feel the same.
