We are very stressed . The expense is what really shocked us. The repair person was very attentive. We have been using you for years. The almost 8k bill is really painful.

I like how Andrew comes when you have a problem day or night, weekday or weekend. He will do your house call for very a minimal fee. He seems to know his stuff very well.

Made an appointment in the morning and accepted a two hour window of their choosing for tech to show up. Tech called an hour after the two hour window ended. Unreliable and unprofessional.
