Hands down, this company is the best in the business. We have had our air conditioner serviced by them over the years and have never had a bad experience. Their team is courteous, knowledgeable and has never missed an appointment. We have never felt pressured or pushed for an upsale, always give it to us straight and help keep our house comfortable whether it's hot or cold outside. If you're looking for an HVAC company this is the one!

Called after hours number last night to report that one of my AC units wasn’t working. They set up an appointment for today and then texted me this morning to confirm. I also received a text with Jordan’s name and photo and when he would arrive.
Jordan immediately checked my AC unit and replaced the capacitor. The AC unit is working great!! I would recommend Bart’s AC 💯!

My A/C stopped working out the blue one night. I did a online reservation on the website that night. I was contacted the next morning by Staci to confirm it and by 1:00 pm Jordan had me back running. Nothing major, no hole in my wallet. Appreciate the service and tips. Sorry so late for the review.

Our ac went out and Barts came out the very next day that I called. They were booked out the day I called. But that’s understandable because it’s been 109 degrees out!

We truly appreciate them for being able to come out the very next day. AND they were an hour earlier than our actual appointment!

I’ve used Barts many times now throughout the years, and every time they have been very punctual, professional, friendly and honest. They will never upsell or upcharge you on anything.

Man, this experience was awesome. They text you actively to let you know what’s going on before your appointment, you get a tracker of where your tack is and service on site was impeccable. Hands-down I totally recommend Barts.

My debit card was deactivated by my bank because of fraud. I explained that it might be a few days until I could pay because I had to wait for the new card to be mailed. They were so understanding and never hounded me. I paid the bill today. I will ALWAYS use Bart's!

Barts has been a valued ac man for many years. I have had lots of different services done over the last maybe 15-20 years. Have had this last time a recalled part stop my ac in which the people whom installed the ac in my new home didn’t notify me. Barts came and found the problem hunted down the part had it shipped express what might’ve taken a month are so in 100 + degrees weather getting me up and running in a week. Barts has been my hero for many years thanks to your whole team!!!!!!

Bart's Heating and Air have been servicing our home since 2015. We have recently moved and they just installed two new systems at our new home. As always, they were on time and very professional.
Every time I have called them with an issue on our old home, they were instant in fixing the problem. It is a no brainer..... call Bart's Heating and Air for all your comfort needs... we all know how we feel when the temperature outside says we need heat or air but the temp in the house is not cooperating.....!!!!! Trust me.... These are the guys to call.
