Always had excellent work from Bart's, they replaced my whole system a few years ago. Today it was just a capacitor replacement, easy fix and quick response time during this heat wave. Appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of their staff. Thanks for keeping us cool!

Awesome professional service; Just had Bart's heating and AC install a new AC system since ours was at the end of it's life; I have not seen a contractor this professional, couteous, willing to help and provide reasonable pricing. I REALLY appreciate that Bart's went out of their way to find a replacement part instead of insisting I replace my whole system, like the first guy I called. I also like the text communication and tracking feature so I knew exactly who the technician was, what he looked like, and when he would arrive. And Kevin was very patient and flexible when carpet installers arrived a little while after he did. I highly recommend Bart's.

Used Barts two years ago for an intermittent heating issue that no one else could diagnose but they fixed it- they did it again this month with a strange AC issue that required multiple trips during melt down heat wave for an incredibly reasonable price. Honest, knowledgeable, and responsive. Highly recommend.

These guys are life savers…. Our A/C went out while I was on a 24 hour shift and my nine month pregnant wife was at home in the Texas heat. The temperature in the house when I got home the next morning was 89 so I called Bart’s immediately and after Ryan was able to move some things around, they had a tech (Kendrick) there within the hour. Kendrick was very knowledgeable, professional, and worked quickly to diagnose/fix a couple problems we had with our older model unit. I would recommend these guys to anybody.

Kendrick was on time, professional, and honest. Had another company to come look at my ac unit yesterday and said they wanted $5000 to fix my ac. Knew they were lying because our system is 5 years old and we have it serviced 2X a year. Signed up for Barts maintenance plan. It was extremely reasonable. Very impressed with this company! The person I always used retired and he recommended this company. When my AC stopped cooling, I called for service and despite having a super full schedule, they were able to work me in. Kevin was on time and very professional. He was able to make the necessary repairs in about 30 mins and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them! They even text you when your tech is on the way and send a link to see exactly where the tech is and when they will arrive. 5 star service!

The twice a year systems checks are comforting. During summer they quickly identified and fixed the problem. I will be using service from now on.
