Bart's Heating & Air

We moved to Justin 15 years ago. Tried a local service company a few times and even one of the big names from TV ads. I found Bart's 6 or 7 years ago and they have always been no pressure honest. Never a sales push and kept my system operating with freon and an occasional part. We decided to replace our now 19 year old system. I obtained 3 estimates and Bart's was the best. Paden and Eli did a fantastic job installing. these guys, Magnum and Staci (sp?) have been thoughtful, polite, and professional throughout the process. Thanks so much to you all.

I cannot recommend this company "Bart's" enough!! I've used them over the years and they are always very quick to help, very nice, very professional, do outstanding work and I might add they treat you like family. Their pricing is competitive with any HVAC service or company. I don't intend to ever use anyone else! You should give them a try, you'll then see why, and I dare say you will never use anyone else!

This team was quick to respond to get my AC unit up and running again. The team member, Jordan, was knowledgable and efficient. Very thankful for this group and we will be setting up regular maintenance. Highly recommend.

Was having some problems with the my heat pumps units and Barts was who I called last year for service when a compressor went out on one of my units. Upon inspection here we go again blown compressor on the other unit. Well the wife and I decided we better just pull the trigger and get new units to save us a headache because of the cheap builders grade units installed. Barts came out quickly and installed the new units but there was some unfortunate mistakes made. Now when I tell you management is top shelf believe it. One of the owners called and said he wanted to make it right which I sincerely appreciate the personal contact. They came back out with no lag in time and not only gave me a deep apology and promised to make it write but to also make it worth my time and frustration. Barts has a loyal customer in me. I highly recommend them with no hesitation, I promise you they will do you right.

As in the past the technician was knowledgeable and professional. Great service from request to project completion. I will use them again as I have several times in the past. Brandon was great. Thanks for prompt and great service.

Kevin and Sean were able to assess, diagnose and repair my heating system in less than 30 minutes. They took time to understand my concerns and made sure everything worked as it should and to my satisfaction. I have used Barts for years and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them.
