We love Bart's! They are always able to quickly come to the rescue when we have ac issues. On this last visit they did a summer maintenance tune up and our ac is running nice and cold!

We were without A/C; the night had been a bad one. Staci took our call and started working toward a way to get us seen that day. She called us back in just a few minutes and said Kendrick would take care of us. Shortly after noon, Kendrick arrived and worked diligently to get us up and running again.Success! It's so reassuring to have skilled, professional people to turn to like Kendrick and Staci. We knew to expect that wonderful treatment because Bart took good care of for years before he sold to the new owners. Good to know company just as professional as before. Thanks--all of you!

Barts’s has saved us twice now—summer and winter of this year. We needed fixes to our central air in the middle of August’s heat and now in December’s cold wave. They were speedy and their quality of work is HIGH!

We are very happy that we called Bart's Heating & Air when our AC stopped running. They came the same day and diagnosed immediately that there was an issue with capacitor, which he had in his truck already, and replaced it in no time. Kendrick was very helpful, patient and answered all our questions. We will recommend them to anyone.

Great company! I called the office tight when they opened. Stacy was AWESOME. Very friendly and professional. She got a tech out very quickly and sent me text updates about his arrival time. The tech Paden was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed our AC issue and things have cooled down. I would definitely call them again!

I thought my heating system wasn't working so I wanted to be safe than sorry later on. The receptionist was so nice and understanding. I had Kevin as my tech guy. Very nice, knowledgeable and made sure my system was in good condition for winter. Very happy, this company will now be my good to company if I have any issues.

Initially there was misscommunication with technician. It was resolved by owner Nathan. Company bought out Prospers Finest. I would recommend using this company.

This was one of the best business services experiences I’ve ever had. Every person I interacted with from the first phone call to the installation to the follow up was beyond top notch professional and genuine. Stacy showed tremendous concern and urgency for resolving our HVAC issue and delivered faster and with greater value than I even knew was possible. If there is such a thing as a business “crush” then I have one for Bart’s, they have our business for life.

I was so happy with Bart’s Heating & Repair. We called for them to come check out a dripping noise and Kendrick put all our worries to rest. He was very knowledgeable and explained things in layman terms (most companies don’t do that).

I feel confident I’ll be calling again for future needs. Oh and appreciated there was no push to join a maintenance plan, just a respectful suggestion!
