Bradley Air Conditioning

We have used Bradley Air for 20+ years. They were recommended by a friend after trying 3 others who couldn’t identify the problem but kept charging me for problems that didn’t exist. My husband is usually out of town when anything goes wrong. I never have to worry about being taken advantage of; Bradley is very trustworthy.
They are always there when you need them. Day, night and weekends. They were at my house today on a follow up.They are always professional and do great work. They always detail the problem and the options. I give them the highest of recommendations!

Bradley Air Conditioning replaced our system in August. Their price was better than other quotes we received and they were the only company able to install next day. They returned my phone calls in a timely manner and were always helpful and responsive. I have already recommended them to a friend.

We had 3 different companies come out and quote the installation of a new heat pump in our home. Bradley Air Conditionings price was very good but the installation was even better. On time start and completion. Their folks were friendly and efficient in their work. The follow up has been perfect. No up selling me additional work we do not need. Great experience. As always, Bradley Air Conditioning came through with flying colors. They evaluated the system and repaired what was needed. It was only a loose connection. They made the repair and that was it. No fictional repairs or charges. This is why we have used them for a very long time. We will call them anytime we need a/c service or even a new system in the future. Thanks for your service.

Had a refrigerant leak in 2 AC systems that are 6 yrs old. The builder never registered them so there was no warranty on file plus we were the second owners of the house so the warranty wouldn't transfer anyway.

The company that we had a service contract with quoted us more than $14K to replace both air handlers due to the excessive leaking at the coils. We were told they could not replace or repair the coils by themselves due to the complexity and reliability of sealing new coils. Instead they replace the entire air handler when coils start leaking.

We called Bradley Air Conditioning because we wanted a 2nd opinion. They were close by and also I noticed on Google they had a near perfect rating with 46 reviews.

Jon from Bradley AC came out and did his own analysis. Told us there was indeed a leak but it was very slow and had not yet caused any major corrosion. He said the coils were still in good condition and for a leaks this small they could treat with a sealant. He assured us they have been treating small leaks with this sealant for many years and have had very good results.
After adding the sealant, additional refrigerant, and labor, total cost was $508. Savings of more than $13,500!!!! Both units are now stable and no more leaking. Jon said he will be back in a week to double check the repair.

So from now on we're calling Bradley Air Conditioning for our yearly maintenance and all of our future AC needs.

We had A/C issues on July 3rd and called several places to get someone out to look at it. Even the company that installed it couldn't come out for several days. Bradley had someone out that afternoon. They called several times to give us updates on when the Tech would be there and once he was here he was awesome! He walked us through everything he was doing and what our options were. It ended up being a capacitor, which he had a new one with him, and he was able to get us up and running again within an hour. Responsive, courteous, and effective! Bradley Air Conditioning is awesome!

I had Bradley Air Conditioning install a central AC/Heating unit in my railroad caboose but did not want to see the duct work. They hid everything and it works great. A truly fantastic job on a project that does not come along very often. Last year, I had them install central AC/Heating in my shop and would recommend them to anyone with any project.

Two weeks ago our a/c stopped working in 100+ degree weather, so we called Bradley Air Conditioning, largely due to some good online reviews, after another company promised to come out and then did not show. They were on another job but promised to come by the end of the day. They did and, within minutes, the owner, Brad Schroeder, diagnosed the problem, explained it to me in simple language and gave us a firm quote for the repair. They completed the job within a couple of hours and the system has been working great ever since. I found Mr. Schroeder and his employee to be professional, efficient and friendly.

I have used Bradley Air since he started his company. I won’t use anyone else. It is a family owned business and you can’t ask for a better, reliable and honest company. Brad worked on my old air conditioner for years until it completely died. He and his sons put in a new heat pump and they are always reasonable and honor warranties. I love this family, that sums it all up❤️
