Comfort Star and Habib have been taking care of our home's heating and AC units for over 10 years. When the time came to replace our 17 year old unit, there was no question in our mind who was the right choice to do the work. From Zach, the service writer, to the entire crew who did the installation, it was nothing but quality work and professionalism. I have used several AC companies over the years and I must say that Comfort Star is BY FAR the BEST I have ever used. They are prompt, courteous, professional and extremely easy to work with. Their work is impeccable. I highly recommend Comfort Star and refer them every chance I get.

I called Comfort Star on a emergency, my AC Fan was not working, the technicians arrived on time of the appointment, they were very professional, they wore shoe covers, and resolved the problem in a timely manner. My AC is working properly since, i signed up for their yearly maintenance plan, and I highly recommend Comfort Star.

Comfort Star (in particular, the owner Habib) was recommended to me by a friend about 4 years ago when I needed an entirely new ac system in my house. I did get some other quotes & Habib offered me the best value. I was very happy with the installation & ac unit & have been more than satisfied with the service since. Every time I’ve had a question or needed some small service they have been quickly responsive & very pleasant. Even going so far as to give me some small parts to fix something myself that I accidentally broke.

The service was outstanding and the team of people that install my furnace was very professional. But what I loved the most was their punctuality because I am an very busy man and being on time means the world too, me. Therefore I would strongly
recommend this company to anyone and everyone I meet because of their high degree of simply getting the job done in a timely manner. Also explaining to me how everything works and how to ensure you are getting the most usage out of the unit. Mr. Habib, the owner has an impeccable degree of knowledge of his trade which made me very confident that he was the man for the job. Thanks for providing an experience and not a nightmare!

I could not be more pleased with the level of service we received from Comfort Star. We had two issues: Our downstairs unit was making an awful noise and not cooling well, and our upstairs unit was leaking water (a LOT!) through the drain pipe (another serviceman from a different company told us, “Oh, that’s normal.”).

Burt serviced our a/c’s and was early to arrive (Comfort Star called to let me know he was on his way), thoroughly explained what the issue was and how he was going to fix it, and was both courteous and pleasant. He was so respectful of our home, as well. Thank you!

Comfort Star has worked for many years to maintain my HVAC system at home. Their operation is well-organized, their appointments are on time and professional, and their technicians do a great job of finding any issues and alerting me of them. Since they started maintaining my HVAC system, I have not had a single failure of the HVAC system because they have always caught the issues before the issues turned into failures. Comfort Star is a great example of effective preventative maintenance and it doesn't hurt that their prices beat their big competitors'.
