HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Danny and Zack did such an amazing and thorough job! They were very kind, patient, trustworthy, knowledgeable and compassionate. I was honest with them and told them my husband and I have financial hardships due to both of us having multiple medical issues; and they recommended an option we can afford. I do not know anything at all about AC systems and they made sure I understand what the problem was and recommended the best and economical solution for it. I was very impressed with their customer service. I am so grateful for them and their company. Thank you all for everything! =)

Everyone I interacted with at Comfort Star was professional, courteous, and helpful, from the AC tech to the women answering the phone! They called and kept me updated throughout the whole process, even letting me know when someone cancelled to offer me the open spot. Burt was efficient and knowledgeable and got our problem fixed fast. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them in the future!

I highly recommend Comfort Star for air conditioning repair. March 1, 2018, was my introduction to Comfort Star when they repaired my air conditioning system that was overflowing. Lead technician Edgar arrived on time. He promptly diagnosed my system problem and fixed it. I appreciated Edgar's professionalism and skill. I selected Comfort Star based on its excellent online reviews.

We used this company's service for a couple of years (with annual membership) and stopped it for some reason. I just had another company dong the AC maintenance. They found that one of the AC units was missing the filters. The old and dirty filters were sitting next to the AC unit and no filters were inside the AC unit. The need for new filters was never brought up - I would pay for them right away would we discuss this, I would not leave the unit without the filters. Very disappointed! I am glad I did not call them to restart the service.

I'm extremely happy with the services of Comfort Star. Their technician, Zach, was right on time - which I really appreciate. He was efficient and quick, and explained everything that needed to be done and provided much appreciated advice and recommendations. I'll definitely retain their services in future. Strongly recommended.

I had 2 complete systems replaced (AC & heating), and Comfort Star did a great job. Their pricing was competitive, it was very easy working with Habib and the team, they installed with great quality (not to mention including a 2 year labor warranty as backup), and they actually were able to get the equipment, due to their planning and foresight when at least one other contractor was unable to do the job due to material shortages. I had a slightly different system in mind, but am happy I walked through it with Habib, as I used his recommended changes, but also don't feel like I was "sold" on anything. They nearly got both systems done in 1 day, but had to come back the next day. I was happy that they did not rush the job and took the time to do it right. Habib also personally helped work with the inspector to get everything finalized. Really a great company to work with, and I will use them in the future for any HVAC work.

Tech was kind, detailed and knowledgeable. Purchased my first TX home that came with AC issues which is scary. He explained the numerous problems, went above and beyond to ease my stress, came up with a handful of solutions. I highly recommend this company.

Comfort was able to come the next day. We seem to have a leak in our AC refrigerant system, and unfortunately the level was so low that the guy wasn't able to detect the source of the leak. At least with a refrigerant refill the system is cooling again and hopefully we will be able to find the source of the leak soon to fix it once and for all.
Overall the guy was very professional and responsive.

Comfort Star is highly recommended. The company's team is professional, timely, and does high quality installs, maintenance, and repairs. The prices are reasonable and the techs can be trusted. Definitely give them a try if you want top quality air conditioning/heating and a peace of mind for a job well done.

I love Comfortstar! When my AC broke down they sent me a very polite technician named Dani. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my AC issue right away and helped to maintain the unit. In my opinion, Comfortstar has the best customer service in the industry! I have been a Houston native for 30+ years and I have never worked with a better HVAC co. I would recommend them to anyone, not just because they have reasonable prices but also because they are prompt and organized as well!
