Big Texas Comfort

AC crashed unexpectedly on Friday night. Panic. 90 degrees in the house. I called 3 different “5 star” AC Repair companies...Only Big Texas got someone there within 2 hours. Others couldn’t do it & wanted to charge me an extra $150 since it was not M-F😡!
Dave arrived in the first part of the 2 hour window. Thoroughly diagnosed the problem; promptly fixed issue; and actually hoses down the filthy vents on my outside unit (not part of the issue). He taught me basic HVAC Maintaince to help prevent the issue from reoccurring. He was here for about 3 hours and his final invoice was less than $200!
