Big Texas Comfort

Our furnace had an issue with a switch which we got replaced by this contractor. The technician was helpful and they charged a fair amount for it.

Our ac unit needed its capacitor changed, Big Texas Comfort of League City did it for us and their charges were also fair enough.

This is the first time I tried Big Texas Comfort. I was looking for a new a/c company since I had become unhappy with my previous one. So glad I found them! Technician David came out the same day (even though I told them it wasn't an emergency). It took him two days (close to 3 hours total) to diagnose the problem because it started raining the first day, but he only charged me for the repair. He also gave me two repair options, including one that was half as expensive. No pressure to buy a new system (like the previous company I had been using). Very honest, and I was surprised at how little he charge me.

When one of my AC units went out last month, I shopped around, and Bob at Big Texas Comport proved to be the most trustworthy and had a great price. I try to do repairs myself but this was outside of my comfort zone. Bob answered all my questions and was very forthright with my options. His crew was professional, quick, and very respectful in my home. I recommend Big Texas Comfort to anybody.

Big Texas Comfort did an excellent job replacing my A/C compressor and installing a new air return and thermostat. They went out of their way to confirm my unit was under warranty and saved me thousands of dollars by doing so. Their technicians and installation team were timely, professional and worked efficiently. Another HVAC company came out and told me my entire system needed to be overhauled and provided an exorbitant estimate and a misleading sales pitch. I’m so glad that I contacted Big Texas Comfort and hired them for the job instead. I highly recommend Big Texas Comfort for any HVAC needs.

Bob and his team did an exceptional job installing a new AC system for me. From the first call to receive the estimate through the final completed installation there was excellent communication. He explained everything thoroughly and how the entire process would work. The installation crew was very respectful, showed up on time, and completed the install in a timely manner. They performed a very neat and organized install and did not just throw things together. Bob even came by and inspected everything after it was complete and made sure I was completely satisfied. The overall entire process was great and I would highly recommend them for any of your AC needs.

Big Texas Comfort did an amazing job tracking down my A/C problems and fixed l it. they are very friendly and professional. They were willing to come out the same day that I called but since it was a weekend and not hot, I waited for Monday. The technician was prompt and friendly. I recommend them and will be using them for all my future services. They were honest and I can’t say enough about this company!

I have used another service company via maintenance contract for years. They didn't reach out in 2020, so I called Big Tex Comfort. GREAT response, GREAT service and very fair prices. David was a genuine expert. I will move my contract to them tomorrow. Highly recommended

Big Texas truly is as big as Texas, when it comes to they’re commitment and the quality of service they provide for this city we all call home. One call from me on the weekend, it was cold and my furnace stop working, they responded with, yes we’re on it and set my appointment time between 3-5 and it was done, just like that, what an awesome experience... just when you needed someone, they were there. And their price was great. There will never be another A/C company for me... thanks Ms. Anna, you and team are the best. And the price for the weekend was also great. So glad I found you.
