I've had issues with my AC not keeping up on the hottest days for over two years now and called multiple other highly rated companies, none could ever figure it out and just told me I have bad ductwork. David from Big Texas Comfort came out and this guy is the HVAC whisperer for sure. He found the issue in less than ten minutes and got our system back in tip top shape. Unbelievable that these other highly rated companies couldn't figure this out. I can't recommend Big Texas Comfort enough and they'll definitely get all my future HVAC business.

I used Big Texas Comfort for my own HAVAC system over the past 4 years, and they are very professional, prompt, very knowledgeable, and have saved many a deal for me b/c they are so honest and amazing and reasonably priced. I've been using them personally, too. Don't call anyone else unless you have no other choice!

The women who answered the phone was very kind and helpful. She had a tech out to me in no time. But the cost to replace a warranty item was a bit over the top.

Bob and Ryan did an amazing job replacing our ducting throughout the house. From giving us advice on what needs done, to working around our schedule to accommodate work and going above and beyond to put the time in to make sure the work was done right.

it was very hot, Bob from Big Texas Comfort came out and quickly diagnose the problem. Bob came up the solution and repaired the unit. Before I knew it may house was cool again. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone. After many bad experiences with other contractors it is very refreshing to find a company like Big Texas Comfort.
