This Christian owned businesses is highly recommended. They were very professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. They finished the work on time and as promised. They even upgraded one of the ducts and vents to a larger more appropriate size without changing the price. Excellent all the way around.

great price, quality honest work. I have been using Big Texas Comfort to service my HVAC for many years. They have always provided fast service even after hours. I replaced my entire system. After receiving multiple quotes, I decided to go with Big Texas Comfort. My decision was based on price as well previous experience with the company. They do not try to sell you things that you do not need and thoroughly explain the process.

Big Texas Comfort replaced my evaporator coil and did a great job! I had a leak on my evaporator coil and Big Texas Comfort had the best price I could find. Bob helped me with the quote and Marie was onsite for the install. I will be giving them another shot if I ever need AC/furnace work!

I have been using Big Texas Comfort for a few years now, and their customer service is awesome! The best example is when they came out and fixed our air conditioner over Memorial Day weekend. I left a voicemail early Sunday morning and didn't expect a phone call until at least Tuesday. They ended up calling me back about a half hour later and someone was at our house by noon. Not only did they fix our a/c over a holiday weekend, but the guy who came out was outside in 90 degree weather fixing a leak in our unit! Such a great company :)

Big Texas Comfort did an amazing job installing not just an airconditioner but a true comfort system just as they promised. They were on time, caring, friendly and their customer service was second to none. Owners Bob and Marie even came out at the start of the job to cover the work areas and instruct their team on everything they promised us. Sady and their installation team were friendly, factory trained and paid attention to details. As Bob has told us during our initial consultation with him our airflow is perfect, our humidity is within a comfortable range between 50-55% because of the American Standard 18 SEER variable speed condenser/compressor and indoor furnace. Our investment was very reasonable for the value that we received. They surpassed all of our expectations. Bob even came out to walk through the installation to make sure that it was perfect and that we were 100% satisfied with the process and the end result. Big Texas Comfort has earned a customer for life in us.

We reached out to Big Texas Comfort at 9am because our A/C system would not start up. David showed up 3 hours later, and was able to fix 2 different problems for us. The 2nd problem had been checked by another local company that had told us the problem was “un-fixable” and recommended to replace the entire system. David found the solution installed the part he had in stock, and our system did not need to be replaced. David fixed both problems in less than 80 minutes, and we appreciated their prompt same-day service. David is very knowledgeable and deserves these high ratings. Quality service, 5 stars.

Absolutely fantastic company. Have used them twice. Once for duct work repair that NO ONE else would fix. And most recently to replace my ac unit and furnace. Couldn't be happier. Very clean and efficient.

Bob's team was on time and ready to work this morning. They installed the new ac unit and coil while I was online doing school. Their work didn't interrupt me. The new ac (American Standard) runs great and is quiet! We can now sit outside, talk and actually hear each other. Their price was great too, lower than all the other quotes we received. Definitely will be using Biv Texas Comfort for future HVAC work.

Did an awesome job fixing our heater.

The previous owners of our home changed the control board on our heater and it was causing problems with our ignition wire. Big Texas comfort came out the same day we called, worked very hard to fix the problem, and since we had to wait a few days to get a part in they gave us a temporary solution so we weren’t cold. Will definitely call again.
