Big Texas Comfort

I called big texas comfort at 5 pm because I had some water spots forming on my ceiling and thought I had a clogged drain. David showed up just after 6 and went through all the details and found out that I had some restriction in air flow causing condensate. Problem solved. He then diagnosed another bigger issue I'd been having which was lack of air to my living room. He installed a damper on a duct that was missing it and redirected air from some over blowing vents to the under performing one. It's only been an hour since he left and I can tell my living room cools better now. David was very experienced and very kind. Would 10/10 call and ask for David for my next issue.

A+++ I had my entire AC unit replaced in March by another company. It just wasn't cooling very well. The technician from Big Texas Comfort came out and diagnosed the problem in less than 10 mins. I will definitely be calling them for any future AC needs.

Through Harvey my A/C unit was broke,texas comfort team installed a brand new American standard unit .with very sufficient rate. I called Bob late in the evening after receiving 2 quotes to replace an AC unit in one of my rental properties. His quote was $2,400 less than the 2 quotes I had received. He even came out to my home that SAME evening to verify his quote AND installed the new unit the next day. As an owner of 10 properties, the importance of having an affordable, professional, and HONEST AC man is a must. I'm happy to say that Bob is that guy! I won't be using anyone else but him.

Bob and his crew did an outstanding job of identifying solutions for my humidity issues and not only installed a dehumidifier system but also made it a Ping to follow up with me to make sure the system was working as designed. Bob, the owner, heard through a friend that my air-conditioning system was no longer working. Air-conditioning and heating is a medical necessity for me. I didn’t have answers to a critical problem. Bob came right over found the best system for my home and had it installed and cooling my house the next day. I will always be grateful for his kindness and experience helping me battle the weather. They completed the job very quickly to my surprise. It was a real pleasure to watch professionals at work, I commended you on the quality of your employees.

The last thing that I want to mention is how well the air cleaner we have is doing, My daughter Jessica has asthma and what a difference it has been for her, she is taking less medication and is much more comfortable in the house since it was installed. I am very happy with my A/C install. It was done when they said they would do it. It was done quickly and the quality looks good. Bob was excellent at communicating and insuring I got what I wanted.
