Mario and Nick were courteous and very professional!! I appreciate the contact ahead of the appointment to confirm the appointment and then again when they were on their way.
I inquired about having a blue light installed to prevent mold and Mario explained where it would go and gave me a price.
Mario also mentioned the service plan, which is a great value in my opinion!! Three visits a year to cover cooling, heating and plumbing. Signing up was super easy!

Jay took the time to explain all of my options. When finished, I did not have buyer's remorse as what I often feel after dealing with salesmen and repair people. Jay did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need. He was also very knowledgeable when I asked him about options that were more expensive. This house is a rental for college students. My daughter and the other students felt very comfortable with him being in the home.

Great experience. Same great service as 2 weeks ago on our A/C. This time it was getting us out of a bind, with repairing our incoming water supply that developed a Crack. Vihn, our technician, provided clear and thorough communication about our mini-split AC unit. He had expert knowledge and I felt peace of mind knowing that someone so competent was able to diagnose the problem. I felt like he was fair and very professional and I would be happy to have him work on the AC in the future. He took the time to explain and made sure that I had a good grasp on the issue.

Cody with his team arrived on time and met their given timeline of 6-7 hours for installing my HVAC system. This all done on Sunday (and on Father’s Day and Cody’s Birthday).

The crew cleaned up and you could harden tell that they were there. Time was take to answer my questions and explain the smart thermostat. I enjoy good customer service and service was well above par.

It all began the previous evening with David’s concise assessment of my previous tragedy of an AC unit. I was suffering from the heat but David was patient and was not pushy. He only gave me facts.

Before I made a decision, I called David a couple more times that night up until 10 pm when I made a decision to have the replacement. I was shocked that Air Tech could have a crew the next morning.

I’m not easily impressed but I was impressed. I’ve been impressing other folks with my story. They might think that it’s a big-fish story but it is not a story at all.

I would highly recommend this company. The install was completed in one day.

An install technician did have to return the next day. My husband has been a certified electrician for 50 years. The gentleman that came out the next day was superb. My husband said “Not only was he professional; he’s one of the most knowledgeable electricians he’s ever seen. The technician was a younger man and my husband said he definitely had a God given gift in his field, as did all the team members we dealt with. Great company and deals in American made products and equipment.

Called Air Tech as my bedroom was not getting air. Jay came out within 30 minutes. I explained the issue as I had purchased a new system several days ago. Jay checked the attic and determined one of the vents was closed. He opened the vent and explained how air flows through the house. He stayed until the air started to flow. Explained if I still had issues or if the air was not flowing as I liked call he would come back out and check vents again. Thanks Jay. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Benita Farrell my niece has used air tech for her ac and heating and had to call them out due to the excessive heat and they were there in no time and solved the problem. Air Tech Houston always sends several text reminders of the appointment and then send you a picture of the service tech coming to your house. They’re always on time or if for some reason they are delayed they call and let you know what’s happening. Our technician, David, was very professional and knowledgeable about our system, and was very helpful in making sure everything was ready to go for summer. He even had some ideas for some things we could do to be more energy efficient. We have used a Air Tech Houston for many years, and will continue to do so!
