Harvey was a very pleasant young man and was willing to work with us. Maintenance on the tankless water heater and repair of a leaking gas line was done in good time. It was a little more expensive than I had expected. I have not yet received a receipt listing the services received.

Kevin provided exceptional service. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated that he could explain the work in layman’s terms. All necessary health protocols were followed, which my grandmother really appreciated. I will be sure to use Air Tech of Houston for any necessary repairs in the future.

Anthony was amazing! He was very nice and fixed the issue we had in an instant. If any other problems come up in the future I will make sure to call and ask for Anthony!

Chris Roberts identified and solved a long standing air distribution problem in my upstairs zone. An installed damper was the wrong size and had dislodged from its proper axis in the duct. The obstruction was removed and proper air flow restored. Nice piece of work by Chris. Much appreciated.

Alyssa helped me out with quick responses she had great customer service and she informed me on my appointment she also let me know when the maintenance guy was close to my house. She was so patient with me because I had alot of questions and I appreciate it. She was able to answer all my questions I had and the scheduling was perfect. I just wanted to say thank you to Kevin for taking the time to thoroughly explain and answer all the questions my aunt had about her system and the services that were required. He was professional and made sure she understood what was needed. In today's world, good customer service is hard to come by, so again, thank you Kevin!

Shaun Timlin provided excellent service on my two AC systems in my home. He also took time to explain the findings from the AC tune-up and proposed the next steps to get everything back in shape. Aaron, Rory and team did an incredible job. We used them to replace a very old HVAC system and couldn’t be happier. They were honest, competitive on pricing, easy to schedule and diligent on the job. Highly recommend.
