Such a great experience! This was my first time scheduling an AC service appointment. I called AirTech for a tune up and duct cleaning estimate. Hector Garza showed up exactly when he said he would and is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. If you want/need to know what he’s doing and why, he will talk you through each step of the process. His explanations made me feel comfortable and confident with his recommendations and I never felt like he was pushing me to buy something I didn’t need. Hector made adulting less stressful for me and for that I am grateful. You can request a service tech when you schedule your appointment, so I will be requesting him for any future visits.

Inspected my system and determined it was an older unit and requires replacement. The Freon required for my unit is no longer used and needs to be replaced. Mike did an amazing helping me decide what I needed done. Highly appreciated all his help and advice. Would most definitely refer to others.

We have used this company for our AC over 20 years. And we just started using them for plumbing recently. Over the years, they always have proven to be very responsive and extremely professional. We can often get service the same day or the very next day. They have put in two units for us over the years, and keep them in good shape with our annual maintenance plan. They respect our property and answer all of our questions. I cannot recommend them highly enough. In terms of plumbing, we just had service by Jose their plumber and he could not have been more professional in accommodating. He drained our hot water heater and even brought extra hoses so we could use the extra water in our garden. He thinks of everything!

Michael K with Air Tech came out to service our system and to give me an estimate for a new system. He was on time, very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. After exploring all of my options with him, I chose to have him design and install a complete new system. He had it installed flawlessly the very next day! What an amazing difference!! Chris Robert came to check the newly installed AC outside unit which made a loud banging noise when stopped . I appreciated Chris’s professionalism. He was very friendly and explained in plain words why he thought the loud stopping noise was normal. Chris also came back next day to adjust the thermostat so it would operate to my liking. I like Chris’s service very much and hope to work with him in the future if needed. Thank you Chris.

Tech came to house looked at what had to be done, gave me a price to do job. I said ok do it, it needs to be done. He said he had to go outside and write job up, when he came back in house, price had tripled. I asked what happened to price you quoted me, he said that was only for part of the job, his office wanted him to price it out this way. I told him that one of the services he wanted to charge me for is part of my maintenance plan, so he removed it. I was in a bad spot and needed to have problem fixed, I stated my dissatisfaction to tech on the bait and switch tactic. I reluctantly had work done because of my situation. I would not recommend Air Tech of Houston Plumbing.

Air Tech of Houston is so reliable. They always send someone out as soon as possible. Micah P has been a great technician for us. He’s come out a number of times. He is very detailed and does a very professional job.

I worked with Chris Williams (plumbing) and Anthony Molina (A/C) and both were absolutely awesome. They were fast, well-trained, very polite and, most importantly, trustworthy. They both showed me exactly what was happening and what needed to be done about. 100% would use again.
