Evander was wonderful. He had been referred to me by a very satisfied customer and he did not disappoint. He showed up on time, performed the maintenance service quickly, explained the results and answered my questions. I too am a very satisfied customer.

I had an emergency with my AC not working, and Air Tech of Houston was amazing in getting me scheduled promptly. They sent Efrain C. to diagnose what was wrong with my unit since it was not cooling. Efrain made sure to call me to let me know he was on his way, and he arrived on time. When he came inside my home, he put his shoe covers on and was very respectful. He explained what he was going to do and then went out to check the unit. He was very thorough. I am extremely happy with their services and how professional Efrain was when explaining what was wrong. I had a ton of questions, and he didn't seem the least bit bothered by them at all. He ended up taking care of the issue and was able to get my ac up and cooling again.
I was very pleased and will recommend this company to my family and friends.

Jose Yerena came out to checking all the plumbing at my house. He was very professional and honest. He checked everything out very thoroughly. He was able to answer all my questions and was also able to provide suggestions on improvements and prevention of any future issues. There was no sales pressure at all. Jose was very polite, professional and put everything back that way it was found. I highly recommend this business. You cannot go wrong with using them.

Rory was great! I had to call in the late afternoon on a Friday and he was able to fit me in within an hour and a half. I needed a new a/c unit and he was able to talk me through the options, prices, and financing as well as schedule the install for the next day. Buying a new unit is never fun but he made the experience really smooth and painless.

The technician was very professional, arriving on time, using foot covers whenever he entered the house, and most importantly in rapidly diagnosing why two of my AC systems stopped working. He swiftly replaced the defective parts and resolved the problems on a 95+ degree day. Thank you Micah!

The crew was on time and started immediately by placing drop cloths the protect flooring before removing all old AC equipment from the attic and started installing new equipment. The job was done in 5 hours with outstanding performance and quality. The entire area was cleaned prior to them leaving. Outstanding job from both Cade Shirley and MC Perez. Will be recommending both individual's to neighbors and friends.

Travis came out and evaluated our pipes and water heater, he gave his honest opinion and recommendations. He cleaned out our clogged pipes for a reasonable price, we will use this business and ask for Travis again in the future. Travis is very professional and personal. 10/10 would recommend.
