Our A/C suddenly stopped working. We called AirTech and they had someone come out quickly. We received text letting us know that the tech was on his way. Micah showed up and listened to our concerns and started working on the issue. He was so nice and personable. It’s always nice to have wonderful customer service. Thank you Micah!

Since my a/c and furnace units are in closets and not in the attic it's normally not necessary to enter the attic to perform maintenance. However, the guys replacing the evaporative coil had to enter the attic because the space is tight. In the process the attic entrance cover was broken. They commented that it's an expensive repair and left it at that. I called Air Tech and they sent Chris out to handle the issue. Note that the 4* review relates to the entire a/c repair and not to Chris. Chris came out and measured the hatch and arranged for the repair. His oerformance was excellent. He was on time, professional and efficient. The next day Chris came out and repaired the access hatch. I was very impressed with him. He deserves 5* for his service.

I would highly recommend AirTech Houston to anyone in need of the services they offer. We had an awesome experience with all team members involved in the complete installation of a new AC unit and furnace. All team members were courteous, professional and knowledgeable about all services.

Another thing we really love is all the equipment is made in America. Not to mention they offer the guarantees and warranties available in this industry.
