very bad customer service, they billed me for the items covered by warranty company also, not keeping appointment ,waiting one day for scheduled appointment ,but no call ,no show,later when I called ,they said they are busy and can come next day, why AHS is recommending these type of lazy and lying technicians

Technician was more than 2 hours late for his 2 hour (8am-10am) window. No call and no one at the main office could locate him.
