Omar was amazing! He knew what he was doing and knew exactly what to look for to fix our AC problem. We have had many AC technicians attempt to "fix" our issue, but Omar was the only one who actually did. Highly knowledgeable and we would very much recommend.

We had a problem with an aging heat pump. This was compounded by the fact that we had a number of people traveling our way to celebrate our grandson's high school graduation.
I contacted Air Flow and Omar showed up in about an hour. He inspected the system and showed me where the problem areas were. He then explained our options resulting in the purchase of a new heat pump and air handler. These were installed a couple of days later and all is well.
Omar was a joy to work with. He was prompt, polite and patient because I had a large number of questions. The equipment was installed and the work area was completely cleaned up. He even helped me with a couple of smaller issues at no charge.
I would recommend him to anyone.
