Jose and Reggie were excellent and very professional. They came out within one hour which was incredible as our ac want working in this summer heat. Jose addressed all of my concerns as well as answered my questions and helped us with allergy related issues with his services. Was very impressed with Reggie, his knowledge and determination to give his customers great service was awesome. He told me everything I was looking at thing my horrible insurance left out. He even got in the attic on such a hot day. Monday they install the new ac unit and I can wait.

Titan Air was awesome from the start from the phone call to the text from the tech in the way I was able to track and see exactly when he would arrive it was a 5 star service!! I never had this amazing service. Max was polite professional and knowledgeable answered all of my questions and showed me pictures and videos of what he found I am going to recommend to all my family and friends for any ac repairs.

Called about a noise the a/c was making. They scheduled an appointment for the next day. Reggie showed up on time and started trying to diagnose the problem. While doing so he also performed a tune up on the unit. Reggie took some videos to send to tech services for help in identifying the problem. Unit was still working and will get back with us on the outcome. Very personal and courteous as usual. Thanks Reggie.

Our first time using this company. Reggie was professional, courteous and on time for the AC tune ups. Our previous company was inconsistent and unreliable when scheduling for the maintenance service. Reggie also discovered that the previous company replaced the wrong size capacitor on one of our units when it went out last year which could have caused future issues. We plan on using Titan again for our heating and cooling needs.

We had a small fire in our AC system Sunday night. I booked an appointment online around midnight. Max was at my house by 10AM Monday to check out my system. He gave me the bad news that I didn’t want to hear but he was honest and upfront about the cost of repairing. Now, instead of repairing and praying, we’re looking at a new heat pump system. Thanks Max for coming out so quickly!
