I had a friend recommend Anthony after I was ripped off by a big name company with great reviews when I first bought my house (long story short, this other company charged me $250 to “defrost” my unit by turning my heat up and trying to be really technical where I wouldn’t understand the issues, then try to tell me to replace a 5 year old unit for a leak he couldn’t find). Anthony was timely, professional, and educated. He explained the issue to me thoroughly and charged me a very fair price. My heater just went out this past week and I called Anthony again. He was able to help me troubleshoot my unit without taking me the most expensive repair route. He was extremely communicative and I genuinely feel like he wants to help his customer, where most repair companies are looking to run the bill up as much as possible.
