Omar with Air Flow Comfort Systems was absolutely great. From the time I called him he was not only responsive, but also on time. Omar was able to resolve our issue and ensure our new AC was replaced and installed without any issue. Even during all the rain Omar and his team worked to get the replacement units installed and even fixed issues we had with our ducts from the when the house was built. Our technician, Eric, arrived on time and got to work right away. He was very thorough and conducted an inspection, notified us of any problems, and then gave us our pricing for repairs. During the repair he was flexible and helpful.

Omar, came out with very short notice and helped us out and fixed our AC unit. He didn’t have the actual part when he first came out and diagnosed the issue within minutes but was able to figure something out to get the house cooling off immediately and then returned later that day to replace the part needed.

I have been a customer for a few years now and Omar has always been responsive to requests for service. He shows up on time and is very thorough. He serviced my furnace today and there was damage to the flame sensor probably as a result from last February's sub zero temps and age. He had the part in his work truck and changed the filter. Definitely recommend Omar and Edgar! Great communication from beginning to end. Omar gave a fair quote that included other services that other companies charge extra for. They came out to service my air ducts, both were professional and respectful of the property. Both were knowledgeable in servicing my unit and answered any questions I had.

Came directly after hours to solve for us what would’ve been an emergency situation. Fantastic attitude great willingness to get the job done and quickly. Absolutely worth the phone call to give them the opportunity to earn the business they’ve earned mine.

AC work is just expensive (like everything right now)but Omar responded quickly(Thursday) and came back to replace a unit, service a unit and do some changes in the attic to increase airflow on Tuesday. Very nice, fast and reasonable

I had a good experience with Omar with Air-Flow today. Needed to have our a/c looked at and he came out within 2 hours. He sent texts and emails confirming the appointment time and even sent a text indicating he was on his way. He fixed the problem quickly and explained everything that was doing. Totally satisfied with his service.
