Omar responded quickly after hours to my request for an air conditioning service call. Shortly after arriving at my house, Eric found the issue, researched the unit serial number, and ultimately filed a warranty claim. Air-Flow Comfort Systems has great relations with original manufacturers and, in this case, fully replaced my outdoor unit. The install crew did a great job and their professionalism is second to none. I highly recommend!

100% recommend this company!! Oscar was thorough, honest and fairly priced! Quickly diagnosed my issue and provided options for fixing the problem.

The guy was nice and on time which is why I'm giving 2 stars. Taking 3 off because it cost us $388 for him to replace the capacitor. The part is $25 and it took him less than 10 minutes to do. Not sure how they came up with that amount. After watching him I could have pulled out my meter and tested it just like he did. I should have done my research beforehand, lesson learned. Just a heads up to anyone else!

Air-Flow Comfort Systems was not the first company I called to fix my AC system. In the future they will always be the first. I love their attitude. They are telling me everything I want to hear. I called them on Saturday morning. The temp was going to 105 that day. On Sunday evening I have totally new American Standard AC system installed and working. Yes they worked Sunday! I was notified and kept informed about everything. The first guy I called to install new system had me waiting 10 days just for new unit to arrive. The Air-Flow guys are at the top in customer satisfaction.

It was Saturday morning , Easter weekend, when my stuff noticed that it was freaky warn in the house. I was referred to Omar by another HVAC contractor who was at a funeral. And couldn't come that day. Omar was at my house within an hour after I contacted him. He took time to explain the issue in terms that someone outside the business could understand. He put boot covers on before walking on my carpet without being asked. Having a contractor in your house is invasive, and Omar was quick to respect my home. He had the part he needed at his shop, and about an hour and a half later, my A/C was up and running again.he didn't over charge me, even with it being Saturday on a holiday weekend. If you need some HVAC work done, consider giving Omar a call. I was very pleased with his knowledge, his customer relations skills, and his respect for my home. Thanks again Omar

Great & quick service! Definitely recommend Air Flow Comfort Sytems to anyone needing help with their AC! Our AC was having issues and randomly turning off, they were able to come out and solve the issue super fast and get us up and running again. Highly highly recommend!
