They are always very personable and professional. There installation is on time and completed in the time they allot to have it done. We have had a few minor things that needed to be fixed and they fixed it quickly and we have been very happy with their service.

I started using 1st Response AC & Heating last year when my AC unit went out. They came quickly, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it at a reasonable cost. I’ve had them out quarterly now and I’ve been pleased with both the maintenance and the interactions every time. I fully recommend using them for any AC and heating needs.

1st Response Heating & Air Conditioning is hands-down the most professional contractor I have ever been involved with. The technicians or professional, courteous, and 100% knowledgeable on everything involving the HVAC system! The process started when the owner came to my house to assess exactly what kind of system I would need. This involves several measurements and even the position of my house on the street to determine the exact size and type of HVAC system that would best suit my household. He then explained in great detail all of my options In a way that made me completely confident that I could make a decision perfect for me based on my budget and my preference for the system. Next to the owner called me the day before our scheduled installation to ensure that I didn’t have any other questions and to inform me just how the process would work. 1st Response personnel showed up right on time and immediately got to work by setting out equipment that would protect my house from any damage while they were bringing equipment inside to install. The owner informed me before the service exactly how it would go and it went exactly how he said it would go. Every question I had was answered promptly and professionally.The 1st Response technicians also kept me informed through the entire process and when they were finished I could find no evidence that any technicians have been in the house except for the perfectly installed new HVAC system that I had. From start to finish, top to bottom, first response heating and air-conditioning conducted the most professional and highest quality service that I have ever had the pleasure of receiving and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for any heating or air conditioning needs. I give them five stars and two thumbs up for a perfect experience with the installation of my HVAC system.

Had them out today to fix some issues with a damper motor. Spencer was the tech that came out and he was awesome. He explained everything in great detail and get us back up and running.

Had them come out to bid on a full replace job, they were the most thorough & explained what they found & what our options were. Price was fair & lower than others. Loved that they could offer some interest-free financing too, since it was such a big job. Tyler & his colleague (so sorry I can't remember his name, maybe Stephen??) were very professional & got everything done in one day. It was raining & they laid down cloth to keep our floors clean & picked up any mess afterwards. House cooled down fast, even the upstairs which was always a bit warm before. Came out a few days later when we had a minor noise issue, they fixed it fast & for free. They're honest guys who know what they're doing without taking advantage of you & we'll definitely be using them from now on!!

I called Tyler at 6:30 AM on a Saturday morning and he was at my door step in less than an hour. He had all the parts he needed on his truck and had my A/C fixed in less than an hour. Price was fair. I highly recommend!

Replaced our 5 ton 13 SEER “Goodman” (limp along system that we babied with for the past 3 years with a variable-speed 18 SEER Trane in our solar powered all electric house. The new technology that allows our A/C or heat-pump heat to slowly cycle up the system will be compatible with our planned whole house battery back-up & to run at full power during sunny days… when the grid hick-up’s again.

I wished I had replaced my system two years ago when that old Goldman 1st crumped to require $800 in repair, it’s likely the Trane saves $500/yr in energy costs… if I were buying it from the grid. The system’s energy savings while doing a much better job at cooling/heating of our home’s environment is just amazing.

The great service & professionalism by Spencer during maintenance/repair and Install is top notch. He really pays close attention to details.
