The owner, Tyler, was so fast to respond to us when our office Heating/AC unit went out on a very cold day. He gave a quote with photos showing us the damage and repairs that we needed. He also reported to us some issues that occurred with previous repairs (not completed by their company) for us to be on the look out in the future if something arises. He was VERY professional and efficient. We felt he was also fair priced and did a great job getting us up and running on such short notice. Tyler, we appreciate your hard work and honesty!

When our controller went out, 1st Response was at our house to diagnose in under 2 hours, even though we’d just had the worst storm in years! Spencer was able to get me up and running before he left with a temporary fix, and within hours of the parts stores opening back up, he was at my house fixing the unit. Top notch service, went above and beyond. Highly recommend!!

A High Five to 1st Response AC & Heating. The quality and professionalism is spot on. I had an issue with my HVAC and 1st Response came out and diagnosed the problem. Since my home is a new build, 1st Response suggested that I go with the home warranty in getting the repairs done, which I did. I was so impressed with the 1st Response technician’s knowledge and professionalism that they are going to be doing maintenance on my units twice a year. I highly recommend 1st Response for your heating and air-conditioning needs.

This place tried to charge me $1100 plus $15 monthly service fees for the year for something a hvac person on offer up fixed for 200 bucks. I suggest getting a second and third opinion before trusting this company.
